We stayed at this hotel for 2 days, my sister and I really enjoyed our stay here. The complex is not hot, a small well-groomed area, there is a buffet, a souvenir shop at fairly affordable prices. The seller is very friendly by the way)

The hotel is located about 1km from the center and the main attractions, the structure is surrounded by greenery and in the heart of a typical rural village. The inhabitants are really very helpful and welcoming. The hotel has two floors plus a terrace with view, used for yoga retreats. Large, clean rooms with private balcony overlooking the garden, truly an oasis of peace outside the casino. The very friendly staff pays attention to the needs of its guests I highly recommend this haven of peace

The management at this hotel has truly forgotten the essence of good housekeeping and services that a guest expects from a stay. The filthy bathrooms, the clogged sink, the hand shower tied with a tethered with a piece of cloth, the dirty floors in the breakfast room, stained linens and the broken sink pipe made our stay extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was a spread of unpalatable items. The toaster didn’t work. Everything and every corner was a picture of unprofessional management. And to top it all the man at the reception never smiles. What a contrast to some of the other places we stayed at in this trip.

A mistake of choice. There is a plethora of 4 and 5 star hotels in this city, at barely higher prices! We had booked a Suite Room, but we were given a single room which also overlooked a construction area. After discussion, they “exceptionally” moved us to a beautiful room overlooking the central garden (and which this time looked like a suite). Simply furnished, with slightly hard bedding. The bathroom is tiny. The staff seems a little lost and unconcerned. The restaurant is like the rest... a little abandoned. The dishes are tasteless, without presentation and arrive lukewarm. Breakfast is lousy. Damage. Khajurao remains a beautiful destination (in addition to the temples, don't miss the "Grand Canyon" which is magnificent at the end of the day (light).

This family hotel is situated in a quiet location in the countryside, very close to the airport and the temples. The staff is very friendly and efficient in arranging transfers, tours, excursions and, if you want, even a relaxing Ayurvedic massage in a nearby spa.The room is clean and spacious, the breakfast good. We recommend this hotel to everyone

A wonderful family run hotel. Simple, clean, and great staff. Comfortable beds and very quiet. The upstairs rooms look out onto a sea of greenery and so it was very pleasant to sit on the balcony during the day. The rooftop has great views, a nice breakfast area, yoga area and many potted plants.

The owner is an extremely kind person who anticipated my requests making my stay truly relaxing. The room is spacious, clean and bright, with a splendid balcony overlooking the internal garden. The bathroom is equipped with all comforts. Excellent breakfast. What I liked most was the size of the room and the courtesy of the staff. Excellent location.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, at the very entrance of small Khajuraho village. The building is absolutely charming, an old building with private balconies overlooking lush palm trees. Looks like some colonial building, carefully renovated. Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, an open-air terrace, in a quiet environment. The staff is small, young, and very dedicated. No fake luxury here, only people doing their best to make you enjoy your stay. All this at a very reasonable price.
Exceptional addition: Mr. Govind Das Rajak, the (Gvt.approved) local guide recommended by the hotel reception. This highly competent guide, who speaks excellent English and a few other languages (Japanese among others) has been for me the most interesting guide I have ever met in India (and I’ve seen many).
So both, this hotel and this guide are highly recommended, if you want to enjoy a few comfortable days in amazing Khajuraho, surrounded by friendly, dedicated and competent people.

Our room was okay in december, and I believe it's still okay. Some of the rooms have balcony with garden view. We were on the 1st floor and it was good. We were most of the time visiting tourist atractions so I can't tell more about other rooms. There is a nice rooftop restaurant, which is a great place to chill out.
There are more places to choose from in the Khajuraho area.
