Very good hotel with all necessary facilities added. Good support by the manager. Spacious rooms with amenities. Major attraction's are very nearby this hotel. Good ambience. Highly recommended to all especially families.

I came backside, away from the cliff, as I've done a number of years in a row, for a more peaceful stay than can often be found on the cliff. The room was OK, nothing special but a fair size with comfortable bed etc. and a balcony. Unfortunately on the first night I discovered that the owner liked to sit right outside the room with the TV blaring out. Very loud from my balcony and even in the room with the door closed. When this also continued on the 2nd day in the daytime I went to ask if I could change to a different room, explaining why. He reassured me about the noise, turned it right down and said he'd keep it down whenever I was in the room. I went back to my room and 2 mins later he turned it up again. That evening I went to pay for my 2 days stay so I could checkout in the early hours and head to the airport. I again mentioned the noise, his earlier promise and that I was a bit upset about the lack of peace. Rather than apologising or at least offering to keep it down for the rest of the evening he this time became verbally abusive and told me I should leave as lots of other people wanted the room. So I did! But he didn't like that and following me insisting I pay for the night. After some time I thought we'd both calmed down, I had insisted that if I was to pay for both nights I'd stay both nights, and handed over some cash. He was friendly again up till that point but the second the cash was in his hand he again became aggressive and told me I couldn't stay... next year I'll stick to Shiva gardens or Amanthas which are both next door but run by friendly people not alcoholic lunatics.…
