Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The manager was absolutely horrible. Trying to sell us food for a crazy price. He finally asked us to leave because he could rent the place for a better price to other people. Disgusting mentallity. And forget about the small pool. The water wasn't clean at all.

One of the worst hotel in the world. With a. a dirty pool which has even dog and cat feces. If you are planning to go there,drop it and go to any other hotels.

The hotel now calls itself New Skyline, Tourist Paradise. Nothing new about it and paradise it was not! Very disappointed. All the photos and description on booking.com made this appear to be a good hotel with a pool. However it is basic rooms with a small very poorly maintained and dirty swimming pool. The rooms were very shabby - peeling paint, gaps in windows etc. Poor shower and could not adjust the A/C. We paid just under IR4000 per room per night which is about twice what they are worth. We stayed in the five star Raviz in Kollam for about the same price!!! The only thing going for it was the location - a few steps from the cliff path. Come on Bruno, either spend some money on it or cut your price in half.

I have booked the room after seeing sone good reviews in booking.com. We are welcomed by our host bruno and his wife. There are both very helpful and suggested some good restaurants also. The place is really beautiful and cozy and it is in perfect location just few metres from north cliff. We have stayed for 2 days and we really enjoyed the stay. There is a small pool and owners are maintaining it very neatly.
