Vishram Village is located at Edava near Varkala It is built on a green hill slowly going down to the Hariharapuram-lake banks. The lake is 15 minutes boat from the sand beach of Kapill and four kilometres from VarkalaSpace of relaxation and well-being, the bungalows associate Kerala Vastu and French comfort. Rooms are spacious, colored decorations are parts of the Indian different traditions. All bungalows are air conditioned and equipped with fans on verandas and in rooms. King size beds double or separated on request. Verandas are overlooking a private garden with a Lake view. . Hot water is available 24/24. Rooms equipped with LCD television with satellite channels, and standard ECE power.Multicuisine restaurant ,ayurveda centre,country boat,yoga centre,travel desk, 24 hours security are the facilties available in the resort.

My stay at Vishram Village was just what I was looking for after a hectic year and a busy lifestyle. For me, Vishram is a place of peace and tranquility - a luxury in the modern era. It is rare in India to have space and be removed from the congestion of everyday life and Vishram offered me a place to reflect and rejuvenate. Moreso, it was also enjoyable to interact with other guests who also are looking for the same thing. The staff at Vishram make me feel like family while I was there. I was able to understand the story and vision of the village which is to pioneer sustainability. Robin, Athira, Praveen, and the team are committed to making sure you're looked after and well-fed during your stay. They offer a number of services that I was able to experience such as Yoga classes and Ayurvedic massages. The surrounding area outside Vishram was safe and peaceful. The locals were curious but not intrusive and I was not bothered by anyone during my stay. It is possible to visit the local town and beaches on foot, car, or rickshaw. I enjoyed spending time in nature - being able to kayak on the backwaters right in front of my cottage was a treat. It's just so easy to feel at ease at Vishram and leave your worries behind while you are here. I would recommend Vishram Village if you want to reset, reflect and rejuvenate.…

Absolutle nice and quiet Place.. Very friendly French couple who lead the Resort. Very good food. and friendly staff. You can make early morning Yoga with lake view. A place where the soul finds peace.. .
