I have never seen stayed in such a bad hotel, they dont even replace the linens, guest leaves and another guest comes, they don't bother to clean the rooms. Rooms are dirty, even after complaining them many times, no one ever came to check and replace the linens. The management is worst, they dont care about guest. Also they will ask you to check out at 11 and checkin at 3PM. They will keep you waiting and waiting as they are not bothered about the guest. The reception guy and the manager both wont listen to anyone. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. THIS IS MY LIFE'S WORST HOTEL STAY EVER.

So this place is a one of the last resorts along the Varkala Cliff. The strech of this resort is just very well planned and managed. The Seaview cottages are something one should consider if you plan on staying here. The restaurant is at the edge with a perfect seaview. Leaving aside the property, we had a really good experience with the staff’s service.

Try not to book the sea view room. It's not like they are not good but the rooms are mostly on the ground floor and there is a restaurant in between the sea and the room. Also everyone passing by and everyone on the property can watch inside your room as it is on ground floor, so forget about privacy if the curtains aren't drawn. Apart from it the room was great and comfortable and the guys at reception courteous. They even allowed for us to keep our luggage at reception as we had our flight at night and nowhere to go. P.S. You can pay a "little" extra and extend your stay till 4 or 5 in the evening if the rooms are available.

Nice location - open and airy overlooking the beach with nice sea breezes. All looking good until we order food and drinks. Drinks ordered about 7;30 did not arrive until about 8:30 - and the place was not busy or crowded - music that loud you couldn't talk until we asked them to turn it down . Food ordered about 8:00 not arriving till about 9:30 - then it was not worth waiting for . One of our group walked out as did people from other tables. Food once arrived was of very poor quality - not recognisable to what was ordered. Attempted overcharging until item prices were pointed out from the menu.
