We stumbled upon the doctor by chance with no prior booking and she welcomed us with open arms and was very accommodating to fit in with our other holiday plans . What a warm and beautiful person,so caring and genuine. We didn't stay there but had a few treatments over the 3 days. The girls were clearly well trained and knowledgeable and we felt very nurtured. This was the real Ayurvedic experience and Dr Suthry spent a lot of time with us and was genuinely interested in our well being. I hope to return one day.

We did a 3 days ayurveda package and it was simply awesome. Body massage, face treatment and several different typical things from Kerala. The crew is so nice and very professional. The location is great and extremely clean. Highly recommend 😍🙌🏾🧘🏼♀️🙏🏽

When we came to Varkala with friends, we checked several Ayurvedic centre for massage there. Agasthya is one of the best centres! Very nice attitude to customers, I liked everything: before the massage we got an Ayyrvedic consultation re. our body constitution and some recommendations, during massage (we took a package of full body massage and Sirodhara) I was feeling amazing...careful staff, nice pressure, meditative music....after the massage we had a talk with a doctor Sruthy and I had a feeling we knew each other for a long time already:) Dr. Sruthy is very friendly, experienced, positive and easy-going. I would like to come back again when I'm in Varkala. Thank you for the wonderful experience and service! Ksenia

This place is a real find. My wife and I wanted an aryuvedic massage and the whole experience was amazing. We were greeted by Dr Struthy and were immediately impressed by her credentials and knowledge. She spoke very good English also which really was an advantage. Before the massage she spent time going through a health questionnaire to find out about our medical history and any current health issues or concerns. She took our blood pressure, pulse and weighed us. A very thorough start and instilled us with confidence that we were going to get professional treatment. Before the massage Dr Sruthy made sure the masseur knew about any special areas to concentrate on or avoid. The massage didn’t disappoint. We both had the full body massage plus extra treatments. The masseur was experienced and skilful and it was very relaxing but at the same time invigorating. The hour and a half went far too quickly! Afterwards we had lovely hot showers to wash off the oils. Dr Struthy spent time before went telling us about the different Aryuvedic dosha types and told us what type we were and then gave advice on diet and food. All in all we were extremely impressed and felt we had a truly authentic massage by professional people which was great value for money. There a lots of places in the area offering massages but this place immediately looked cleaner and more professional? The only downside is that this little gem of a place isn’t easy to find but if you can it is well worth the effort. We recommend phoning once in the vicinity and Dr Sruthiy will meet you.
