Traditional style room, clean and quiet, in water garden surroundings. In local south side of beach away from main tourist / bar scene with good fresh fish restaurants nearby on beach. Set back from the road so keep a good eye out for the sign it is not obvious, there is a small path leading from the road to the... More

Nice & lovely place to enjoy Ayurveda treatments, body & mind relaxing. Friendly staff, good price (in low season from october to november). Stay min. 14 days. Not a packpacker place to be, no entertainment in the house, poor wifi. But nice beach within 50 meters and some skeevy restaurants with favorable prices.

We found this place through Lonely Planet and were excited to hear that it was an Ayurvedic resort. However, it didn't have: water, electricity, Ayurveda, breakfast, internet or yoga. The staff was not helpful and didn't try to change anything when I told him that we were unhappy with our stay. The room smelled like a grandma's basement and it... More

The ambience is great. The interior is very beautiful. We had the suite ones and it is very well decorated. No lights at our shower that made us had to use our phone torch light to light our night shower. No aircond. Just 2 stand fans to cover the whole big room. Careful with bugs though. I got bitten by... More

I really loved staying at Eden Garden. The Garden rooms are very simple and minimalist, but staying in the lush jungle was a wonderful break from city life. The food was delicious -healthy and fresh - and being able to eat my meals in a little gazebo surrounded by tropical birds was so special. The property is two minutes from... More

We stayed here for a week in February 2016, and as soon as we arrived, my wife insisted on upgrading from the standard room I had booked, to one of the futuristic looking pods that you see as soon as you walk into the place. And we were so glad we did. Very quirky, twice the size of a standard... More

“good...but leaves you feeling sour” Room(luxury cottage1) was well laid out and decorated. The so called Jacuzzi was a big let down as the heater capacity is insufficient to fill it fully inspite of previous reviews by ex travellers. Thought the issue would have been fixed by the time we went but sadly the staff seemed unaware of it. For... More

I have to point out that I've been staying in another hotel and I've only been a guest of Eden Garden's fantastic Ayurveda Center. 8 days of very professional massages (naturally after doctor's visit and consultation) I just can't find enough nice words to describe all the staff I met there: starting from extremely helpful and polite reception to my... Me and my two friends stayed at Eden Garden on the last week of 2015. This place was almost perfect. First and foremost, very friendly staff -- we had driven all the way from Bangalore and reached at around 8:30 PM, very tired and hungry. But the hotel staff made no fuss and checked us in very quickly. They also... More
