The location is an obvious plus, 500 m from the station and a reasonable distance from the temples... Rickshaws available at the exit of the hotel and numerous choices of restaurants within a restricted area. The hotel (which remains in the local high-end) is a few years old and the routine maintenance is (very) average (witness the cleaning of the passageways, the minor technical incidents, the faulty pipes and taps), but it remains a step comfortable if you want to recharge your batteries a little in an almost sanitized world. Newspapers, wifi, TV, air conditioning, fridge...The staff was able to respond to all our requests to resolve or correct various details. We did not have lunch or dinner there, however the breakfast was superb. The swimming pool on the 8th floor was empty... every day and beneficial to curb the heat... another good point therefore. Note if you rent via a platform: to compensate for the commissions taken by the platforms, many hoteliers therefore select the rooms which are given to these customers (the least "fun" in general, ends of corridors, noise of compressors, no view etc...) ... the room assigned to us therefore did not include all the facilities provided (after vehement complaints, this was repaired, including the wifi which was more than lousy upon our arrival); 3 "devices" max per room (so you have to ask loudly if you have more devices to connect). The rooms have no ventilation other than via air conditioning (dusty?) and the hotel's common areas are degraded because they have never been vacuumed or cleaned (carpets speckled with stains, etc.). Also ask for daily cleaning in the room and restocking of bottled water… From the outside the hotel looks good ;-)

Our family trip to Kerala was made seamless thanks to the exceptional help of Mr. Siva Kumar, the Travel Desk Manager at Dimora Trivandrum, Mr. Tony the Sales Manager, and Ms. Sheeju from Dimora Cochin. We arranged all the necessary accommodations and transport via WhatsApp before our arrival.
We were greeted at Trivandrum International Airport by our dedicated hotel driver, Mr. Bhaiju, at 12:30 am local time. I was particularly impressed to see Mr. Siva waiting for us at Dimora Trivandrum, well beyond his duty hours, to ensure our comfort for the drive to Cochin, where we stayed one night at Dimora Cochin.
Special thanks to Ms. Sheeju and the team at Dimora Cochin for their outstanding hospitality and the complimentary suite upgrade. The room was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Upon returning to Trivandrum, we had the pleasure of meeting the HR Manager, Mr. Aneesh. Dimora Hotel's prime location in the heart of Thiruvananthapuram makes local attractions and public transport easily accessible. The hotel's amenities, including a variety of dining options and a strong commitment to cleanliness, create an inviting and elegant ambiance.
The attentive service and well-maintained, comfortable rooms are frequently praised. The hotel's overall charm and quality are exceptional.
Several staff members stood out for their exceptional service, making our stay memorable and enjoyable. Ms. Pooja, Ms. Avani, Mr. Vipin, Mr Adithiyan, Ms Jeedhu and the entire F&B team provided top-notch hospitality. Chef Michael's array of Indian and continental delicacies were fabulous, with the paal appam, chicken tikka, and mango salad being particularly delicious. Not forgetting Mr Kannan our tea Master. The tea and coffee was superb!
The housekeeping team did an excellent job during our stay from August 5th to 8th, 2024. We also appreciate the security guards, bellboys, and front desk team for their care and dedication.
This is not a paid review, but this hotel truly deserves recognition for its great hospitality and care, whether for business or leisure. A must-visit hotel that offers excellent value for money! My son loves the hotel very much and we will definitely return!

Excellent service and facilities provided. All staff were very kind and helpful. The way they treat the customer is really awesome.... Location is very close to all places and attraction, In additions you get quick access to auto and railway station merely by walking.

Rarely do you find a hotel that ticks almost all the boxes, does not disappoint you and is value for your money. Dimora Hotel is one such hotel that is located very close to Trivandrum Railway station, is spacious and has really clean bathroom & toilet.
The array of food served at the buffet was very delicious. The speed of WiFi in the room was excellent and I was able to work via online without facing any hassles. The staff were very friendly and responsive from the moment I checked in. The ginger tea served at the Spa was to die for! My utmost gratitude to all the staff for making my stay very comfortable. I would certainly consider staying again the next time I visit the city.

Bedrooms were good, however we would appreciate if u could add better bathroom facilities like proper Toilet paper( not half toilet paper roll) liquid bathing soaps, hair a shampoo ( wall mounted)

Our family recently stayed at Hotel Dimora in Trivandrum for a two-day getaway, and our experience was nothing short of fantastic.
The first thing that struck us about Hotel Dimora was its unbeatable location. Situated near the railway station, it made our arrival and departure hassle-free. This central location also allowed us easy access to explore the attractions of Trivandrum.
Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the attentive staff, setting the tone for the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. Special thanks to the duty managers Siyad and Jeedhu, whose professionalism and helpfulness made our experience even more memorable.
The rooms were modern and comfortable, offering all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.
One of the highlights of our stay was the dining experience at the hotel's restaurant. The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to satisfy every family member's taste buds. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a satisfying dining experience.
One suggestion we would like to add is the inclusion of a kid's pool. While the hotel already offers a fantastic experience for families, a kid's pool would further enhance the stay for young guests and their parents.
Overall, our experience at Hotel Dimora was outstanding. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Trivandrum and look forward to returning in the future.

Located opposite Trivandrum Central railway station, this hotel is just behind KTDC Grand Chaitram Hotel. It is a 10-min walk from Pazhavangady Ganpati temple and MG Road's Pothys store. The room is decently sized and has no great view, however it is very cosy and well maintained with all amenities, except a mini-fridge. The food at the restaurant was tasty and the spread was quite good. Since this was my 1st stay at Dimora, the food was a pleasant surprise. Pooja and others were very polite and caring. The reception desk was warm and responsive. The traveldesk managed to arrange cabs at very short notice, although expensive compared to Uber and local autorickshaws. Recommending this place to anyone who is seeking an upgrade from Chaitram and who prefers goood quality of service and upkeep. To the hotel staff, please continue to keep up the good work and keep raising the bar for yourselves.

.4 “Very Bad Experience ” Arrogance, lack of professionalism, lack of assured facilities, refilling and supply of bath gel and others were missing for the second day. Using wash basin is not convenient. In the case of complimentary breakfast, 98% of the items repeated for the second day. No minibar provided. Lack of periodical maintenance for the interiors. Check toilet seat cover. Some wall tiles were missing. Their aim is to squeeze the customers.
