I had stayed here for 2 days and i must say it was perfect in all its services.
Amenities, the beds, the room in general are excellent. Rooms are very comfortable and hygenic plus the aesthetics have also been very relaxing. The staff here are very quick in response whenever one needs their help and polite at all times.
The restaurant prepared food that was great in taste along with a good variety ranging from traditional South Indian dishes to more general Indian and western dishes and me being a bengali it helped because i could be very flexible with my choice of food.
The location of the hotel is also very much into the centre of the city, plus only a few km
away from the airport as a result of which even when we got a bit short of time we managed to catch the flight smoothly.
Classic Sarovar Portico definitely made my stay in Thiruvananthapuram very smooth and enjoyable.

Hotel classic sarovar portico in Thiruvananthapuram is the one of the excellent hotel in sarovar Group.. It is centrally located in the railway station and bus stand.. The hotel looks beautiful especially the friend view!! I mostly like car parking spaces, They have a lavish parking space.. Reception staff are well groomed with smilling faces and give proper information about hotel restaurant.
The main attraction of the hotel is the restaurant and food. The restaurant ambience was excellent. Especially the spread of the buffet and the beauty of the dessert counter and live counter.. Ac temperature is also good with nice music, totally the atmosphere was enjoyed..
Food: I had a buffet lunch in a restaurant it was awesome,, each and everything was excellent I really enjoyed my meal with lots of varieties.. The, Fish curry and lemon garlic chicken were tasty and beautiful. The appam also getting fast and hot. Restaurant staffs are very knowledgeable and helpful.. Wash room in restaurant side are well maintained, neat and clean.
Special mention : Chef Mr. Sudheesh he is very friendly.. Sudheesh personally took extra care and came to ask my suggestions and feedback, and he explained the fish curry recipe and chicken recipe thank you sudheesh.

We enjoy the stay there and a special shout out goes to the Front desk staff for their efficiency, the excellent service from the restaurant, the Guards and Doorman for their smiles and greetings, whom are often not recognized.
However we also need to address the following as a feedback and also as it is a MUST. Please pay attention to the simple request that goes a long way to keep your guests happy. Invest a little in providing a Safe Box and mini fridge. This are essentials that cost a long way from happy guests. I had ask prior to my stay and it was acknowledged but not fulfilled, until a few days later then it was sent to the room. A little upset an disappointed that the staffs keep saying will do it, soon, later, by today, but never do. Housekeeping staff needs to inform guest if they remove any of the items and leave a note ex: We came to the room and found a can of Raisins, that was indicated in the room for guest consumption missing, thus thinking we consumed it and payable, until we called the front desk and was told it was removed as it has expired. Not a good practice. Other than that we truly and honestly appreciate the overall pleasant stay there. Thank you and good luck in all future progress at all Classic Sarovar Hotels.

Place is good ,There should be soft pillows. Breakfast buffet was fine. Double room occupancy for 2, supply of facial tissues was not available. There was no fridge in room 709.

An amazing say right in the heart of Trivandrum. The hotel is hardly a km away from Sri Padmanabhswamy and Pazhavangadi temple, so a very ideal stay for those who have come to visit the temple. The rooms are very spic and span and the hotel staffs are extremely courteous and very quick in responding to any queries. A special mention goes out to the chefs and kitchen staffs too as their food, especially their breakfast menu was sumptuous and had a wonderful variety. The other facilities like the gym and the pool are very neat and well maintained. Absolute value for money!!!

Pleasant stay at classic sarovar with my family. Room is clean and hygiene. Hotel is away from main road but peaceful and not crowded. They won't provide packaged drinking water like Bisleri, Kinley at Rooms,only filtered water in glass bottles. Breakfast was very good, we enjoyed.

Hotel is located at centre of the city with all attractions nearby. It has ample parking facility and well maintained rooms. Complimentary Breakfast had a variety of food items and the service is provided with kind & care by Shijla & her team. The hotel even have a swimming pool and gym facility at the roof top to have some activities. Recommended for families.

The stay in the property was comfortable and convenient.
The staff hospitality was unmatched as there were available to deliver their excellence at all time. Initial at the time of check-in there was issue as twin bed was offered, however same was changed upon request.
Breakfast was mediocre and needs improvement on the options being served.
Just want to compliment chef Koshi as I wanted to try some local fish delicacy and basis on his recommendation, they offered dish which was apt to my palate and taste. 5/5 on that dish to the Chef.
Overall the property is good for comfortable stay, centrally located with shops at a distance of 5 mins walk and staff service and hospitality is good.

We have our clients and corporate team, staying in this hotel continuesly. The hotel is very well located in city, little inside , very calm and with full of greenery. Very good options in breakfast and good car parking area. They do have a bar and swimming pool. Good choice and better value.
