Amazing food, amazing service. I would like to thank the whole crew from South Park from the kitchen service to the front desk who made this family function memorable. Asok( Exec Chef) great follow up, @southPark Managment team you guys have a gem there working for you. Food served hot and was refilled immediately without any reminders. I will strongly recommend the hall and service from South Park for functions . The hall can easily hold 250 pax. Once again thanks for the amazing service.

I have done close to a 100 reviews and stayed in several hotels across India and world, so I know what I am talking about. This hotel is a disaster. It is old, staff is clueless, dimly let, bad breakfast, smelly rooms, average location. What more should I say ? Stayed here for 12 hours and I am thankful I stayed here no more. Room given to us was very very old and had the typical hotel smell (bad one). We ordered baby food for our 22 month old, we asked the hotel to make it non spicy but it was spicy. We refused to eat and asked to take it back. While checking out, they charged me for it. Firstly, no decent hotel charges for baby food. When I said that the food was bad and we sent it back, the hotel staff said we have checked with chef, it was not spicy and you have to pay for it. For Rs. 290, this was the worst behaviour I have seen from a hotel staff. We ate little breakfast and packed 3 spoons of Kesari bath for our baby, for that the hotel tells us that we allowed you to take extra food for free. Highly deplorable behaviour. The Skyy lounge is hopeless, so dont go there with any great expectations. Swimming pool was closed. It was a nightmarish experience. We paid Rs, 3000 for the night. I wouldnt pay Rs. 1000 if I had to stay there again. There are many better hotels in Trivandrum, please stay there even if they are 300-400 rupees extra…
