HYCINTH stands itself for nice ambiance and extremely great services. Conducted my sons birthday party at their pool side venue which was upto great ambience. Each of my guest enjoyed their mouthwatering delicious dishes and special mention to whole staffs who coordinated well even from the enquiry to still the end of the function.

One of the worst experiences faced. Food from in room will take 1 hour for delivery and then will be served COLD! And that too with incomplete order. Laundry items will be bleached without your permission and clothes will be ruined when you get them back. Half the equipment in the gym is damaged and broken. Staff will continue to to apologise for everything but the service will continue to be pathetic. They will ruin your holiday trivandrum has better hotels that will give you a pleasant experience. Okay don't stay at hycinth
