Calm and quiet location. However the housekeeping staff and restaurant service need to be improved a lot. No choice of breakfast at all. Room service is way below average. No initiative to clean the room even after 40 hrs of stay. Complimentary water bottle was also not provided unless asked. Seems like the staff responsible for these action items are too lazy.

hotel is close to main road with lots of restaurants and shops. temple and zoo within 5 kms. mattress is spring bed.. may improvise the bed.. city view is good from windows (6th floor).. overall good value for money..

Good and neat rooms.Staffs are friendly. Location wise it's really good,most spots are nearby only. Choose top floors if you want a good view of the city.Have enough space for car parking in the basement area.

Room with a view from the balcony, very well maintained and clean rooms. Comfortable beds and clean bed linen. Hospitable staff. Had a good staying experience here. However no accommodation for early breakfast as we had a flight to catch. Checked out without breakfast.

Stayed there twice during last month. The staff were pretty friendly and cooperative . The location and amenities provided are best in class according to me. Economical , Easy to access and friendly staff. If you are looking for a decent family accommodation for an economical rate, this hotel is good for that. Due to Covid ,Restaurent was closed but delivered complimentary breakfast to room.Room was not that much cozy but clean and ok. TV and electric kettle was there. Only one bottle of water as complimentary (no tea bags , sugar , dental kit and sandals-I don’t know whether it is classified as businesses or economical hotel).staffs are very cooperative especially the front office staff .Overall it was good interms value for money.

Stayed here as single woman traveler. Felt safe, staff is good and helpful. Best part is the hotel is very clean. Lots of windows, so lots of wind and light comes inside. Makes it even more happier to stay in a place like that. I would recommend it to anyone staying for few days to do work etc. Has a kettle in the room. Basic hotel with clean room, clean bathrooms and decent staff. That's all I want when I am traveling alone.
