Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Hotel location is very close to Trivandrum central railway station & market place. Restaurant has been closed since covid days, told reception personnel. Breakfast was O.K., which was provided in hotel highland which is located opposite to highland park. Many restaurants are available nearby. Room & bathroom was neat & clean & well ventilated. Room service was prompt & quick. Overall a very good hotel to stay at trivandrum.

3 families stayed for 3 days in deluxe non-a/c rooms. The hotel rooms were good and clean, very near to railway station and famous temples, we enjoyed the vegetarian Kerala food very much.

A nice clean hotel with good stuffs in an excellent location. The airport is 6 kms, Rwly Stn is 1.5 km & bus stand is about 2 minutes walk.They have an excellent veg restaurant ( Named Green Garden or something like). They do not have any bar or non veg food, but if you ask for the NV food they get the food for you, from the restaurant of Hotel Highland which is pretty nearby.The reception guys are helpful but lack of knowledge resources.The sleep quality is well. Toilets are clean , What more you can ask for a double bed AC room at Rs 1400/-.

I had worst experience
If you book online they take chance of you
Because you money is already locked, and you can't find another one after reaching the destination, you are forced to stay at the. Since i booked through online they took chance of me too, i was given the dead end corner room 530 at level 4, to go to the room i have pass through a corridor were old beds and unwanted things were kept, the old bed was spreading a bad smell too, i have to cross this garbage and to go the room, after entering the room i was literally shocked, full of dust, if we wipe with fingers we can write our names as children used to play on UN-cleaned car glass. I spoke to the Manager he was not all listening to my word and was repeatedly saying no rooms were available, keeping me on the lobby at the same time he was explaining room tariff to a new customer and gave a deluxe non-a/c room as same as my type, The tariff of them at hotel is 800 for D-Non A/c but at online it was 1200, i booked for 1200 tariff. and i was shocked to see that i was fooled. people please be careful when booking through online too. After too many question they decided to give me another room at level 3, but they asked me to wait for 1 hour, after waiting for 1 hour they gave same type room at the same location the room no is 430 instead earlier its was 530, For this 430 also i need to cross a corridor were 3 old beds and a junk of materials were kept. very difficult to keep a child because of health reasons. not good place for couples stay. I have been to trivandrum so many times as a business trip, i always used to stay at homeland and blue nest, since this time it was with family i selected this Highland park as the hotel exteriors were good and had a 3-star rating. but its like a lodge or service home. the bell boys also started aruging with me during the discussion. very worst experience ever at trivandrum that too with family.

I visited with my family..only advantage is its location ..it's walking distance from bus and railway station..staffs are good..but hotel is not maintained well...they have two separate bed ...even in deluxe room makes quite difficult to sleep as couple and baby..Ac was not working well in 2 out of three room..

poor customer service............ poor housekeeping................ poor in all sense............. Strongly recommend not to go to this hotel. The staff dealing is extremely poor and the cost also too high. Thanks.

Stayed in deluxe non-a/c. Room was good, but no wifi and the satellite TV has very less channels (hardly 10). Bathrooms are clean and hot water available all the time. The restaurant food is good, but felt bit costly. Very near to railway station, around 5 to 10 min walk. Hotel staffs are friendly.

I stayed at the hotel with my mom during my south India tour in July 2015. The room was smelly and there was bad odor in the room, not sure where it came from. The room had not been cleaned from a long time. The bed linens provided were also dirty.
The high point of the entire stay was when I checked out and breathed a sigh of relief and literally said to myself; "Phew! Ok..i'm never coming back here again, for sure!!" What else can I say :)

I needed a central, clean and friendly stay for a night after a flight from the UK. This hotel provided that and in addition was very good value. Good position for the tourist sights, too. I would certainly stay again. Thank you.

Yes the Check out time is 24hours. If you are planning for one day then you can pay at the time of checkout and for more than one night you have to pay in advance. There is no online booking for this hotel directly on their website. You have to make telephone booking only. wish you a happy journey and pleasant trip in Kerala.
