We enjoyed the stay. It was a nice experience lacking proper upkeep the staffs are very attentive and quite helpfull especially the Mr.Jinu, the Front Office Manager was very humble and courteous and his staffs provides excellent service. He is quiet knowledgeable about the tourist attractions in the city which was great help for us. Thanks to everyone and hope to visiting there again.

Had a great time at keys trivandrum. Was traveling alone for meeting my friends. Rooms are well maintained and all amenities were provided when I asked. Housekeeping lady viji is so helpful .she assisted me with a room boy Madan for all requests. Will come back again with family .

I have stayed here for almost 25-30 days since 26 January 2022. Keys Hotel, TVM is centrally located & the staff are extra courteous. To name a few in the restaurant & room service / Umer, Jithu, Vishnu etc & th chef Sharath is a very amicable person who takes frequent feedback & tries to offer choices as far as possible. In the front office Jinu, Megha, Jeeson & Vishnu are really guest friendly. In house keeping Praveen / Kesavan Pandian offer really good service. The GM Mr Manoj is a great conversationist & very helpful. The complimentary breakfast is a good spread with mostly South Indian dishes like Idly, Dosas, Oothapams apart from the normal continental fare. But for a South Indian Vegetarian like me, I have located about 4 such hotels around 1km radius of walking distance for lunch & dinner which is a wee bit costlier in Keys.…
