I stay in this Hotel during December, 2019 last week. I booked through booking.com and on my arrival to hotel, it was quick check in. The front office staff were so pleasing and gave a nice welcome. On check in, we found the rooms are so spacious, with very clean bathroom. My children enjoyed rooftop pool where the water was crystal clear. During our stay the Chief security officer Mr. Vipin, helped us a lot by his polite and friendly approach, and he & his security team made me feel safe and secure during our stay. For qucik reach to this hotel, can use the highway from airport road because the hotel is slightly away from city center. Thanks to the entire team in Karthika Park.

The Restaurant staff were professional and made every effort to make us feel special during our visit. The room and beds were very clean and comfortable, and the food and beverages all delicious. My husband and I made a reservation for the valentines day party which was scheduled to start at 7.30 pm and go on till 10.30 pm. We reached there by 7.25 pm, we were served a welcome drink as soon as we got settled. They arranged a french course dinner with 5 varieties of wine on the rooftop pool deck. We got the table which was a little away from the pool and we checked with the executive to request for a table near the pool. The executive promised to check and get back, which he never bothered to do. But, we could see that he accommodated such request for other tables. Moreover, we had to wait for one hour to get started with appetisers as they wanted everyone who booked for this party to come, which is definitely annoying as they did not care about people who turned up on time. When we checked with the executive about the delay, he asked me to be patient and comfortable for this one day, as if I go there everyday and create a scene for them wasting my time. We paid for the service and we wasted one hour by just sitting there idle. They did not even start with the appetizer even after being questioned. As far as I’m concerned, they did not respect the value for our time and I was very much taken aback and surprised by such a behaviour from the staff. Things would have turned out better if the food that was served was good, but we had tough luck there too. Potato wedges was so cold as if it was just taken out of the refrigerator. I got beef steak for main course and I could hardly eat one piece of it as the meat was abnormally hard. We had to leave before the dessert was served as they started the function late, went on till 11.30 pm, and it was getting late for us. We used to be regular customers of Karthika park and such an experience is very much disappointing. We are not at all satisfied with the service. In fact, it was utter waste of our time and money. Will definitely not recommend or consider Karthika park anymore.

The stay at Karthika Park was excellent. Especially the front office staff of Vijilin, Anandhu and others. They're especially helpful and the ambience was superb. Clean rooms and maximum safety ensure a stay that leaves very less for you to worry about

I am an ardent believer of the saying 'The Customer is King'.. Throughout my stay, I found the entire team was working hard to make me and family feel that way. Upon arrival we were welcomed in the best way offering us refreshing welcome drinks. One of the staff helped us with our luggage and another staff led us to our beautifully laid out suite while explaining the important things to remember while our stay.
We are happy to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karthika Park and our sons made best use of the roof-top swimming pool.
Special mention to Sibi(New OM) and his management team.. His innovative and customer-focused experience he gathered from his various managerial roles around the globe (mainly from Europe and Middle-East) is proving to be an asset to Karthika Park day by day!

This was my very first stay at a hotel after long gap of covid. I would say if anyone is looking for a decent,clean and economical hotel for a shopping visit in Thiruvananthapuram then this can be in your list. The suite which we booked was so comfortable and neat. Room service was really good and responsive. No much waiting time was required for check in or out. They have valet services and good family bar, restaurant. We were unable to spend time in pool due to rainy season however it was a neat pool and you have the shops to buy swimming costumes at an affordable rate. To talk about the food at restaurant it is just amazing and good ambience. Hope this reviews states why I have given the max rate.

Excellent ambience and great service in the restaurant. Delicious food..both north Indian and south Indian. Nice desserts as well. They accommodated my son's request for an italian dish which was not in the menu and he liked it so much. We had called ahead for the request when they also shared the menu over WhatsApp. That was helpful. Overall great experience for the family.

I loved my stay at Karthika Park. Everybody went out of their way to ensure that my Brother and I had an amazing time. It’s the little details that made all the difference. Like, remembering our food preferences, getting us these little bits of attention through out the stay, checking with us on how things are through the day, ensuring that there were sufficient bottles of water in the room (most places forget this bit) and just generally being nice without being overtly in your face. Oh, I also loved the fact that there were so many guests at the Hotel and everyone were attended to in a similar way. I don’t see it as often as I wish to in places in India.
Food was perfect. Service was exemplary. I would recommend the hotel to my friends whosoever is planning a vacation.

As it was third visit, our expectations were too peak. The hotel itself showed us the great Hospitality and Comfortability throughout our stay and this time we got to enjoy all facilities of theirs. It's very important to mention the staff's approach and services as they have given their best to treat us feel good. Mr. Aneesh, who looks after our stay all time was never better, also Hari, Sneha and others from Front Office had their full efforts without any exceptions. Especially housekeeping teams did the best including all, special mentions to Ms. Shyama and Mr. Amal. Staffs from restaurant mesmerized us with their service, that was one of the happiest moments of all. Special thanks to Aneesha, Liji, Jain and all who had worked there. Thanks to all the chefs who provided us with delicious dishes.
I felt at some point, proper training required for the staffs who joins newly, they has to be aware of the guest's things overall. Apart from that we are extremely happy with all your services. Karthika park remains one of our best hotels in Trivandrum. Thanks to all those who makes this hotel excellent....
