We were a group of 20 people. We had a good stay. Rooms were neat and well maintained. Food was good, but can be improved. Staff were courteous. Swimming Pool is great. We had good fun. Overall nice greenery & good value for money. Recommended to stay in Thekkedy visit.

We stayed for a couple of days at this hotel. The staff (Roselyn) was very friendly and helpful. The property is green with a lot of plantations but is at the outskirts of the main town centre. There is some roadworks going on and therefore reaching the hotel was a bit of a task. The rooms are ok, but a bit old. Overall a good stay

We booked coffee Routes after screening other resorts, based on availability and pricing offers on our recent family trip to Thekkady. Stayed here for 3N/4D, It is close to town, but could be due to heavy rains, last mile road to resort was very bad, our cars were crying for some relief. Family was expecting a warm welcome with drink and garland, but there was nothing of that sort, it was dry welcome. There was no crowd and true to my guess, we were the only once to stay for next 3 nights. Staff is friendly, Property is good, its is middle of cardamom plantations, premium rooms have good view of plantations and Hills around, Rooms are really big, but furnishings are old, and one can feel it. They have swimming pool. which is neat and clean, but could not enjoy as it was raining for all 3 days. Restaurant was non existent, and they served us fixed menu breakfast, and ala carte Dinner ( there was no menu as such is room or else where, mostly went by Chef' suggestions) , food was ok, and limited items, nothing to write about food. Food was a big disappointment for all with recent trip to Fairfield Marriot in memory where food was a big highlight . There is a sports room near to reception with carrom board, Chess and TT, and kids had some good time. WIFI connection is available and it worked well too. Property is good, need some upgrade, a working restaurant and active staff..
