Service is very disappointing at all places. The Cafe was full of flies and slow at delivering the orders. The room floor is not as clean as required and the bathroom was not dry during check in. There was no hot water available for the bath. Also had to request several times for a GST Bill.

Worst property I ever stayed, I checked the property near 9 pm and at midnight around 1 am Front office staff called me and asking about my check out time..if asking for some assistant they will behave like very rude... I will not suggest this place to anyone

Really worst experience from reception person mr mejo, really disgusting, will not suggest , he will treat you really in a worst manner, and also will shout at you, you doesn’t have to say anything, we doesn’t know how the customer will afford these type of service

Good Service Rendered and the room was very neat and tidy. Breakfast was good. WiFi without interruption. Staff helpful in sharing details or routes to travel locations. Other aminities are maintained well

I spent 5 days in Paramount Tower. It was wonderful one.The Non veg at paramount tower was very awesome....Ms. Ramya who she is one of the employee of Paramount Tower. She did her job very well. Her behaviour, Service and way of speaking were decent. The house keeping staff and reception staff were did their job very kind and very decent also. I am giving 5* to this hotel and also the staff.

When we visited the hotel, they told us that the room charges were 3500+GST. When we asked them whether any discounts were available, we were told that you can book through MakeMyTrip or Goibibo. We got room at 2000 (including GST). The room is ok. There was an old leak in the ceiling. There was a smoke smell when we entered the room. The bathroom is small with a leaking washbasin and toilet. There's only 1 set of toiletries (1 toothbrush), 1 towel for 2 guests. There was no hot water available. The number of TV channels actually subscribed to were very limited. Only subscribed to free channels. The mini fridge in the room was also not working properly. Receptionist wasn't very helpful in any of these matters. Ok place. Max can only stay one night.

Terrible room service.. dirty linen and terrible breakfast.expect weird parking slots,old lifts, filthy kitchen churning out stale food, dirty pool, horrible room service who don't make your room till 5 pm, vanish if you were to ever ask them for something, disinterested restaurant staff, average AC.this is place is to be avoided, especially if with family.

I booked Paramount Tower for two nights and when I reached there late night, the reception guy informed that the standard room booked by me is not available. And to my surprise he gave me a suit room for the same rate on the condition that the next day they will change it to standard room. Next day evening I asked them but no one came to shift and I stayed in the same room for one more night. The extra large and spacious room has two ACs and have amenities like electric kettle with coffee, sugar and tea packets. So there is no need to call anyone for bed coffee. The restaurant provides tasty and complimentary breakfast with various south and North Indian dishes. I enjoyed the stay and appreciate them for the services offered to me.

The Parmount towers staff are very helpful, they changed my room on request. The room service is good. They will ensure that everything is comfortable. However, the rooms quality can be improved. The housekeeping team ensured that everything is neat and clean.
