We had a really nice time here. People are really lovely (!!!) and they take good care of their guests. The rooms are nice and clean. There is a breakfast included which is really good (eggs, toasts and coffee). ++++ The localisation of the hotel is perfect and at a walking distance from all the nice places to visit in Fort Kochi. I would highly recommend this place!

The hotel staff are really sweet. Good breakfast prepared on the spot included in price (eggs, bread and jam, and chai). They'll point you know the right direction of a few walking distance attractions. Febra(sp?), the young manager, will link you to a superb auto rickshaw driver if you want to tour around more (Shibab 99958 57006). There's a beach in walking distance, but you cannot swim there. Supposedly there's a ferry somewhere that you can take; ask the nice gentleman who serves the breakfast. Comfortable bed! Air conditioned. Nice place to call your home base. Notes: They will charge you for extra bottled water, but at least you don't have to venture out for it, and they use the market rate so very fair. I did find a couple roaches in my room, and mosquitos always get in, so just take care of it. I'd say it was one of the cleanest places I found on my trip. They do not have a working credit card reader (or so they say); bring cash!…

Facilities are good, reasonable price , they maintain well , smoking in rooms is prohibited whereas you can smoke on the balcony. Near to beach, museum, bungalow and palace. Food you have to order in Zomato or swiggy. Really well maintained

On my recent business visit to Cochin I stayed in this beautiful property which is located at the pristine beauty of the fort Cochin.rooms are specious and clean and gives you the fresh feel every time we enter the room.Property is perfectly located from the city attractions as well as it hides itself well from the city buzz and gives you the feel of being at countryside.I would recommend this place if you are on that part of the city .
