Nothing to complain about here. Staff are great, they were so helpful and efficient. Breakfast delicious. Rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. It’s on a par with a Premier Inn, U.K., a budget hotel that are trying to deliver a more than budget service and during our experience they achieved that.

I stayed 3 days here for a training that happened in this same hotel.It was a comfortable stay . The hotel is a budget category one and near to Metro station. This hotel is in a peaceful place and you can have a comfortable stay all together ,Breakfast was nice and very limited. We had lunch from there and that too was good.

Hi !! It was a comfortable stay for me, (It could vary from person to person) and very courteous staff , they do have a dining option and you could order through food delivery partners also. They could have better breakfast offerings . Go there for the convenient location it offers and quietness of the neighborhood. Will visit again.

The staff was good but the service was miserable. I visited with my family and was very very disappointed. Food quality was not up to the taste. At night it was raining and water came down the ceiling and windows. It's not even a hotel. It doesn't mean if the reviews are good then the hotel is good, it's the worst one.

Have visited for the first time to Times square Hotel,ernakulam for business. The accomodation was very comfortable and staff were very receptive starting from Vilma @ front office, Adityan, Sanjouk, guest attendees, the manager Nishad. The food was tasty and good.

I recomend the hotel to everyone especially for their service. Staffs are very cooperative. Anything we needed was provided within min. They cleaned the room everyday and even changed the bedsheets and towels. Food was good. Overall very good experience. Nice room.

Budget hotel in Ernakulam City. Rooms are reasonable with moderate facilities. Breakfast is just average with very limited choice. Location is not that convenient however bus stop and metro station is with in walkable distance
