At the heart of ancient Fort Cochin, Kerala, a place that exudes history and culture, is the 'Old Harbour Hotel.' A 300 year-old building that has for long been a heritage monument of this town, now reopened as a boutique hotel. Built in the Dutch style of architecture with hints of Portuguese influences, it was the first hotel of old Cochin. Later it remained a residential home to employees of English Tea broking firms until it was left unused for a period of time.

We finished here our Kerala round trip and stayed for just one night. Everything was fine. The food was delicious The garden with the swimming pool is an oasis in the hectically downtown or Fort Cochin. We enjoyed the room without television, because it is not necessary to watch

I've booked the hotel in July for December through booking.com, but somehow I think my reservation got forgotten. Upon arrival, we were asked for our names and when the guy at check in couldn't find us, he gave us the list with all the names and we were not on there.. I then

Dear Guest , We have checked the details of your booking and yes the confusion occurred as you had canceled the initial booking which was on the 21 and 22 Dec and re booked on a different date . We did not catch the rebooking and therefore provided alternate accommodation and complimentary dinner . The best we could do on that date . We apologies this oversight . Hi, I don't know, because I stayed in a garden room. Nevertheless don't Panic, where ever you stay in Old Harbour, every room will be fine. Regards Andreas

I don't think we ever looked out of the window, so maybe there wasn't a view, but, during the day, we were always out, so it wouldn't have made any difference what the view was anyway. And why would you be sitting in your room? You should be out exploring the local neighbourhood.......

The suites are very large. The one we stayed in had a large king and a daybed. I believe they can accommodate additional bed there, but better check with property. They are very helpful and as this is a rather small property, they are very flexible as well. Highly recommended

Not at all! We stayed in September and there were absolutely no issues, except for the lack of tourists, as most have (sadly) cancelled their trips.
