Stayed one night and our room for three pax was spacious. Breakfast was superb, especially the Appam. We had lunch at Farmers Cafe nearby hotel and the food was so yummy and reasonably priced. We booked our driver for the entire 6 day holiday in Kerala through Malabar Trinity. Car was spacious and pretty new. Driver was polite, knew his directions well and spoke decent English. One small point was that there were many mosquitoes in the room, but luckily we were well prepared for the trip. The room stay came with complimentary 30-min foot massage. Enjoyed my foot massage!
Almost unrecognizable from the outside, a great place with modern rooms and extremely friendly staff in the heart of Fort Kochi. For local circumstances, a bit overpriced, but nicely designed rooms and superb staff make up for it. Anytime again.
We are a family of four and always searching for interconnected/family rooms. Trinity has a great room for families with a mezzanine bed for kids. Beautiful and charming. Just loved it. The un-hotel experience was also great for a change. Highly recommend
Trinity is the smaller part of Malabar House, a half-block away. Both properties are lovely small hotels, set in old characteristic buildings that have been tastefully redesigned and modernized, while still maintaining local character. All public spaces and rooms have modern art by local artists. We stayed in two rooms at Trinity—one with an amazing semi-outdoor bathroom, which we loved; the other room is in the new wing which is more modern; both were lovely and comfortable. We found the restaurant at Malabar house to be a bit more formal than we like, and the restaurant at Trinty is more like a casual cafe. Food was good. The service at Trinity was lacking a bit, but we learned that one of the employees had been out sick. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Trinty. After lots of research and looking at other options, we think Trinity and Malabar house are the best options in town.…
Considering we were the only two customers we waited 20 minutes for the water and coffee to arrive, burgers took a further 20 minutes?! Lovely things in the gift shop if only we had luggage space. Worth visiting if you want a break from the hustle and bustle and your not in a rush.
This little gem of a place has 8 rooms which are all individually and beautifully designed! It’s stylish, contemporary and artfully decorated! The rooms are spacious and large and the service impeccable! It has a sweet coffee shop and bakery and a stylist store on its premises. The neighborhood is great to explore restaurants and boutiques and enjoy the true Fort Kochi experience.
We were collected from the airport on time and whisked to the Trinity. From outside it does not look much but inside it is quaint and inviting. We had a lovely welcome, garland and drinks and shown to our room. It was clean and spacious and was maintained as such during our stay. Breakfast was excellent although a little slow, but we had time. The bread and cakes were very good. We took a trip to a sister property at Purity for a backwater boat trip which was breathtaking, a beautiful experience. We ate at Malabar, another sister property which was also very nice, food was limited to our taste but with a day's notice we were treated to customized food. We had a massage here which was excellent. Back at Trinity we had bicycles in the morning and we cycled to Yoga with Manoj at the Cochin Club, he was an excellent Yoga Master. Saji Joseph, Lalu and all the staff really took care of us and made us feel special and we are besotted with Kerala because of our stay and will return for longer. Well done all, you have a breathtaking suite of properties and top notch staff. It is better than we expected and we thank you all for the tremendous hospitality and drive to make our stay as enjoyable as it was. If would suggest to paint the wall outside and change the doors, they are indoor doors used on outdoor zones,…
Spent 4 nights at Trinity, Fort Kochi and had the best time ever! Everyone at the property is helpful and cheerful - no task is too big for them to handle. From our delicious breakfast (lovely bread btw) to sweet cookies in the evening to a restful sleep at night - everything was just right! We were offered an upgrade to Malabar House but chose to continue our stay at Trinity because the rooms are much bigger and exactly what we needed to practice yoga every morning. Instead, we upgraded to the best room in the house - Room 1 ! What a treat - you have a comfortable bed, oodles of space and a mezzanine bed (perfect if you've got kids). The open bathroom is beautiful and clean - and the rain shower and KAMA products is delightful after a long day out in the sun! Only thing missing would be a Shower Cap and a proper place to hang wet towels :) BUT otherwise - JUST PERFECT! While previous reviews have mentioned a mosquito problem, I must say it was not a hassle at all - they provide you with repellents in the room and they do the job perfectly. However, the hotel could look into sealing doors from the side and below, leading to the open bathroom and the Malabar tile ceilings - this would keep the insects, mosquitos and lizards out :) The hotel is very well located, everything worth seeing is walking/cycling distance away. Surya and the entire staff at the property were extremely helpful and even extended their generosity for our day trip to Allepey (do visit their property, Purity if you're ever in Allepey - you wont regret it). Don't think twice about booking :)…
Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I have stayed in. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general managers, and the next day we were upgraded to the Room with Garden Suite. The staff was extremely warm, helpful, generous and friendly. The restaurant very flexible and artistic. The rooms were extremely clean. The way the staff paid attention to details and offered their very best, daily, was amazing... A special thanks to the Reservation Manager, Surya who made her best to ensure that our stay was comfortable and made us feel extremely at home. Her professional prompt meticulous attention to our needs was amazing!.. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Surya for going just that little step extra for the guests!…
i was there long time back but the place is good and really great to be in Fort Kochi itself. close to Indian Ocean and a small place but was giving a good service at the last. i say it is an average place with good services.
