Hello friends,i have been hotel kochin legacy on 19th november 2020 with my family including my mom who is senior citizen and my daughter 3 years old. I have confirmed with hotel reception about extra bed charges and they have confirmed 500/- for extra kid. After booking online when i reached hotel they have asked for 1500 extra for bed. I said i have a call recording that u said 500 but he said we will take 1500 now. I agreed and paid full amount. But they have alloted room after 55 minutes. Theres my family was waiting and suffering with long wait. Theres no ac at reception area and was very hot over there. No basic amenities provided in hotel. No hot water comes in washroom. Believe me when you see color of water you wont wash your hands. It was fully yellow and dirty..was smelling bad. Water in swimming pool was dirty. Theres no maintainance of hotel. Seems a old property. Please guys beware and refrain to go there if you are planning to been cochin with family.…

We stay there for 1 night but I don’t recommend. First of all you have only dim light or we can there is no light in the room. In the dining area is same all light are dim and the whole hall is gloomy and dark. The service is very poor. Oh and if you want hot water you have to 10-15 mins for it so waste of time and waste of water and you don’t have regulator for the AC. Very bad experience.

Nice & Cosy Place to stay. Staff was nice and cooperative. It has a nice & cosy swimming pool. Nice & Large spacious rooms. best thing is that the team was quick to your calls. Good Amenities. They have a nice restaurant, which serves good food. Nice place to stay for couple of days.

Planned to stay here overnight. But the condition of the room and services made me to leave before 4 hours. AC isn't effective at all. Their is no lock for the washroom door. Only thing I liked was the cleanliness of the hotel. TV Channels were all local, Apparantly they all were complimentary cuz national channels were not paid. Will not recommend highly.

The hotel Cochin Legacy Locted Near at Nh Bye Pass Road Cochin is Truley A Peace And Quite Place for the Stay. Very Good Spacious Neat and Clean Room with A Touch of Elegant Interior. Amenities of a classified 3 star Hotel With A Soft Spoken Friendly staff in service. Swimming Pool on Roof with A Serene Greenery And Lake View Which Makes the Ambeince A Beautiful Photogenic place on Top of the Roof. Decent Breakfast and Food Service for Lunch and dinner, for lunch need much more options of traditional item. Tourist Place Fort Kochi, Hill Palce, Vytilla Mobility Hub is Very Close from the Hotel. Lulu Mall is around 15 minutes and Marine drive is Around 20 minutes from the hotel. Travelers Can prefer this hotel as n ideal Transit Point for Munnar and Alappey. I booked it through goibibo and got 50% discount. It was wort for that cost. But I didn't felt a 3 star standard. Pool was clean. Staffs were good and cooperative, but had poor knowledge and management.

This hotel is good enough for one night stay. It's just a night halt before one can move to other tourism spot. Hotel is good but don't expect good food. Rooms are enough big for the family of 4. It's at the center of the city. All the tourism points are very far from the hotel.

What a great hotel, I found the Staff is friendly and efficient. We ordered dinner by room service, and the food quality was the pretty good excellent restaurant, and superb room to be by far the best I've experienced. Can't speak more highly. Thank you.

First of all i hearty thanks for giving a wonderful holiday with my family. The hotel located at the center and its easy accessible from National Highway. This is really value for money. The breakfast providing in buffet and served wide of dishes including most of the south indian dishes. The main attraction is the roof top pool. The pool view have a wonderful ambiance and the lake view is an advantage of this hotel even the hotel located at the center of the city is a big deal.
