Stay was for 1 day... And it was a very good stay with my husband. The staffs were very good and friendly, they treated us very nicely. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food served were hot and tasty. Me and my husband enjoyed the stay.

This is one of my recommended Hotel in Kochi ! Good Restaurant great hospitality and nice rooms they served mouthwatering breakfast and Their front office staff makes our stay more joyful they arranged priceless sightseeing. Thanks for the entire team.

Very good staff. The breakfast service also was nice. I surely recommend this hotel in Ernakulum. Staff kept our luggage till late pm though we checked out a 11.Thank you guys for your support during our visit.

Worth for money.... location is best very near to the railway station both Ernakulam junction and Ernakulam town ....and near to the tourist attractions like marine drive , lulu mall etc....n thz is on of my favourite in Kochi...

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic and wonderful. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The service at the restaurant needs a special mention as they were really caring. On the whole our stay at the hotel was a lovely experience.

Room is ok but maintenance is poor. AC was not working properly. Breakfast was served in banquet hall instead of restaurant. May be to merge some other event with hotel guests. No proper sitting arrangement was there. Here also cooling was insufficient. Bowls and spoon were provided only after asking and we have to wait for it. Quality of breakfast was also not good.

Located in heart of city near maharajas metro station and also from both railway stations and bus station. Front office staff is professional and polite. Room is spacious and well maintained with clean washroom. Wifi was good enough. Breakfast was ok. Overall great experience. Well recommended for families and business travelers

Stayed in this hotel on January, The rooms, Amenities and services are provided are worth the price payed for. Would Recommend this property to my friends and family. and also this property is located on the heart of the city where all the main destinations like MG Road, Marine Drive, Vypin, Fort Kochi, Vytila, Edapalli, Malls like Center Square, Lulu and also theatres are near by. Those who travel for official as well as leisure would be the best option to stay here.

We stayed in Hotel Pearl Palace for a day on 30/31 Dec. 2019 on way to our Munnar trip. The hotel is located in the heart of Kochi. The room was small but comfortable not upto the standard of a three star property as promised by our tour operator. South Indian breakfast was too yummy. This “Palace” has its ups and downs. On the one hand it has a clean bathroom (photo), but on the other hand it wasn’t possible to properly close the bathroom window, so we killed almost 20 mosquitos. However, they promised to solve this issue. To get sealed, bottled water was a challenge as usual, but they have real coffee from fresh grinded beans for breakfast - delicious :) Another positiv aspect: It was our first stay in India in a hotel with their own feedback questionnaire. Also it is located at a central spot; interesting for those who want to explore the city.
