We had an amazing family time at this hotel. The staff here is very courteous and polite. Sachin and Jino made sure the housekeeping met the highest standards. They were also kind enough to leave positive notes which shows how they go out of their way and put their heart into making the stay a delight for their guests. The location of the hotel is a ideal for some peaceful time. You can walk up to the edge of the backwaters to watch the sunset or take a stroll along the banked shore. The rooms are spacious enough and the amenities like the swimming pool, restaurant are all well maintained. The also have a seafood restaurant which you must visit. Overall we had a wonderful time and can't wait to visit here again. 😊

Exquisite hotel with heritage background. Enjoyed the setting and the vibe it provides. Swimming pool was quite good with good gradient depth. Support at swimming pool is quite commendable especially that of Sharaf who easily jelled well the children in helping them adjust to the pool.

Casino by CGH is one of my favourite hotel in Kochi . One of the best in Kochi .The hospitality at Casino is unparalleled .The rooms are slightly old but quite large & well appointed . After grueling office days i came to the hotel to find a well kept room & all of my requests were met by the housekeeping team . The dining outlets & other facilities offered by the hotel are also good for a perfect stay . Above all we can see a bunch of youngsters at the front desk ( Hemand , Krishnakumar & Alisha ) who are phenomenal & meticulas guest centric staff . They went above & beyond in every task they touch . I have stayed at Casino quite a few times & will stay again in future .

Excellent Service Standards - Experiential Holiday We are writing this review to provide our unreserved commendation for " Team Casino " . During our recent stay , Casino has excelled in all their service standards from the time of check-in all the way till their check-out . We had dinner from Tharavadu restaurant & we ordered lunch from IRD . The menu & presentation is really good . Just wanted to give heads up to anyone wanting a relaxing stay with family & friends . In Perticular Akshay , Prathiba & Aravind have been absolutely attentive to every single detail during our stay . The mentioned bunch of youngsters offered an efficient check-in & check-out process & provided us with great recommendations on nearby tourist destinations & major shopping centers . The impeccable service level consistently exhibited by all the team members of Casino throughout our stay is a clear testament of the guest centric values upheld by the CGH ,once again convinced us that we have chosen the right hotel to host our Vacation . The hotel was really great it was perfect for what we wanted which was relaxation. The pool is good with lots of sun beds. The gym was good for cardio, best treadmill yet along with very cool AC. The food is amazing, the fish dishes are sublime. All staff are very welcoming and efficient. I liked Alyeesha on reception, very professional. This hotel is a little remote but if you are after relaxation it is perfect.

Stayed there on the month of October 2023. I always like to explore new hotels & cuisines. Hotel Casino which is situated at Willingdon Island was a memorable one. Staffs are also very friendly, especially Ms.Alisha. She gave best service to my entire stay. Thank you.., Rooms and food at Tharavadu restaurant were really delicious. Would love to come back again and recommend others too. The diverse menu options at Tharavadu restaurant was uncountable, from breakfast to dinner, the food quality and presentation were consistently impressive.Also they have a seafood speciality restaurant known as Fortkochin which is highly recommended for sea foodies. It's a food lover's paradise!

Being a business traveller had the privilege of staying across almost all good hotels in India,However Hotel Casino which is situated at Island was a memorable one .The ambience, helping staff especially Alisha.. she gave me outstanding and memorable service to my entire stay thank you.., rooms and food at Tharavadu restaurant was outstanding.In short it's a outstanding property with outstanding service staff. Would love to come back again and recommend others too.The hotel offers a culinary experience to remember.
