No 18 is in the perfect location. It's a little off to the side of the center of things but only a short walk. This means all the hustle and bustle is out of the way but you can be in the thick of it within 2 minutes if you choose. The room was spacious and clean. The A/C worked...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and turned up on spec as we were booked into Spice Fort around the corner but it was closed for renovation. It is in a great location close to the ferry and all the cafes and restaurants. The rooms were great for the price we paid and had a safe and were...

The hotel is awesome and so are the rooms. Same as portrayed in the images. Rooms are clean. Food is great. The staff is very polite and humble, especially the manager who helped me out of her way. I required medicine late night cause of headache and the manager arranged it for me late night. Highly recommend to stay in.

The hotel is nice and rooms are spacious, clean and on the back side they're very quiet. It is very central and an easy walk to the attractions. What set No.18 apart was how accommodating the staff were; our flight was late in the evening so we booked a back water tour for the day. The manager at the hotel...

The staff is so servicial. The breakfast included is amazing. I love the pineapple juice and the "budipati" potatos Indian style with ciappatti. The rooms are ok, if you understand Indian cleaning style. It was a great experience, I will be here again next month.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great time. The place is a stone's throw from all the stuff we wanted to experience. Biennale venues. International food. Mornings by the promenade. The staff always went an extra step to make sure we were comfortable and happy. When the restaurant found out we are vegetarian, Ricardo made special arrangements...

The hotel is a few mins walk from the Chinese fishing nets area in Fort kochi, that is you are 1-2mins away from all the famous restaurants. The room was big and clean - Pretty basic and the included breakfast was average. It is a good location to stay if you can negotiate good rates.

The hotel has a grandeur that is surprising for hotels in this price range. There is a man to open the door for you and the lobby is comfortably furnished Although English was not as easy for the staff as it has been in other hotels, they were all very friendly and keen to help. The reception rooms and the...
