I stayed here with my mum twice in our trip to Kerala (at the start and at the end) and had a great stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly and helped organize massages for us too at the end of our trip. The rooms are quite spacious and clean and there wasn't any noise at all :) Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Fort Kochi

Stayed there for 1 night recently and was happy with the service and the facilities. We were given an early check-in. Since we had reached early, we had a paid breakfast of omelette & coffee at their rooftop eatery. The next day's breakfast spread was fresh fruits, egg to order with toast, cornflakes, juice & tea/coffee. The room was very good and free wi-fi was available. The bathroom was excellent with running hot water. A tea/coffee maker in the room would have added to the experience. Cable TV was also working. The approach road is very narrow and full of gravel - it is easy to miss it and we did. The sign-board was visible only if you approach from Jacob's Road - but we came from the opposite end. The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant for lunch / dinner, but the

We stayed here for three nights either side of a tea plantation tour. The approach is slightly off putting up a back alley but the hotel itself is great. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The day receptionist was very helpful and friendly and had good advice about what to do during our stay. Breakfast was really nice and compared well to what we had elsewhere in similar hotels. Fresh fruit juices two eggs of our choice and cornflakes! Lots of toast with tea or coffee too. Rooms were clean and very comfortable with Good wifi in our room. All in all great value for money.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights with my parents. The hotel is close to all tourist spots and the ferry in fort Kochi area. The Chinese fishing nets and ferry are also very close. The rooms are very clean and the staff is amazingly courteous. There is a Bharatnatyam dance every evening at 5 pm right in front of hotel at the cultural center. The hotel manager even arranged the front seats for all of us. There is no in room dining or in room tea/coffee arrangement but the hotel is a stones throw from nearby cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is provided in the morning at the rooftop. Wifi is also good. Overall,my money earned a good return by booking this hotel

From checking in to checking out this hotel was excellent. The room and bathroom was exceptionally clean. The beds were made up so beautifully each day that i swear the sheets were changed daily, I'm certain the pillowcases were. Breakfast was included, as soon as we sat down we were presented with freshly juiced pineapple juice and fresh fruit. A choice of other breakfast dishes were available also including eggs. And last but not least were the staff. Really polite, courteous and helpful. From Bingi at reception, the fastidious ladies in housekeeping to the lovely boys who served breakfast. Thank you for having us and looking after us so well. Also thank you to management and the breakfast cooks. From Rod & Kim

I spent 5 days at this hotel and it was totally relaxing. The staff was great, helpful & respectful. Breakfast was awesome. Freshly made pineapple juice, sliced watermelon and pineapple. Toasted bread a choice of the way you like your eggs done. We enjoyed this on the rooftop. The room was cleaned daily and if we ever needed something help was just a call away. We met the owner of the hotel and WOW!!! He was so humble and kind, you know, they say first impressions last, well this will forever last. He helped us with finding schools that we specifically needed to see, he went out of his way to help us, being a busy man that was no hassle. I guess that is why his staff was so pleasant, they have great leadership. We have to understand that staying in a hotel can never be your

Very good hotel right in the heart of Kochi and walking distance from many of the main attractions. The hotel is tucked away down an alley so not too noisy and the room was large and clean. Overall good value for money and one of the nicest places I stayed whilst travelling through India

The rooms was large, well equipped and very clean. If you are looking for a good hotel in a good central location then you won't be disappointed with Fort Manor. We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment on the standard of food but the hotel is not licensed so you have to go out if you want a beer.
