First of all is this a very beautiful hotel and we had a nice, clean room (except for the mould in the bathroom but ok). The biggest problem of this hotel is the staff and the service. This is how it goes when going to the restaurant: you sit down, 3 people are staring at you or simply ignore you,...

We planned a 2 nights stay but decided to leave after one, as the room is really too hot to stay. It was unfortunate that the thunder storm the night before knocks out the aircon system. They worked hard thru the night to put up a back up generator but it took too long , as the outside of the...

This hotel is set in a really good location looking out across the water. Lots of trees and birds. Lovely room and bathroom. Air conditioning in the room but not in the bathroom. The soap smells so good! Beds are super comfy. Breakfast was really relaxing and quiet. A good selection to choose from. Really helpful staff who provided us...

We spend our first night in Kerala in this hotel and I must say it was a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was right, there was a constant eye for the details and the restaurant was superb. The food was if an excellent quality and the view on the water was marvellous. The whole team was very kind and helpful. So...

We stayed here for two nights. It is no frills but the room was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for accessing the Cochin Biennale. Nisha Fernandez runs a tight ship making sure everything works. Nisha was particularly helpful with local travel tips and solving our luggage problems. The ayurveda massages were excellent. We were quite excited to spot the...

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was handy for walking into the old town. It is a no frills kind of place but the room was comfortable, clean and spacious and the staff friendly. Breakfast was ok but Wifi a bit erratic. It doesn't have an alcohol licence which is a shame but we had no complaints.

We stayed here for 2 nights and this is a comfortable, clean but quite simple base for exploring Kochi. The room is no frills, but has AC and the beds are comfortable. The outside seating is outside on the corridor to the other rooms. The breakfast served on the waterside is good (keep an eye out for the dolphins!) with...

Our group of five stayed at the Fort House hotel in Kochi when we went to see the Cochin Biennale. It's a little hotel with the most charming, home away from home atmosphere. I loved the aesthetic touch everywhere in the property -- it's clearly been conceived and constructed by people with a perfectly pitched design sensibility. The rooms were...

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Fort Hotel for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The rooms are comfortable and clean and although a little basic they offer everything that you would want and need. Located close to Fort Cochin centre and easily walkable to the market, Chinese fishing nets and many restaurants and hotels. Our room...

We stayed at the Fort House at the end of our month long trip to India. A very relaxing and convenient place to stay along the water and walkable to shops. The rooms were a good size and the shower was especially nice.
