Booked online to stay here, only booked one night to see how the place was. The train was late so we did not arrive till midnight. When we arrived we were told that they do not accept online bookings anymore. They didn't check the computer to see if we had a booking and prices were double what which was stated...

The owners English was good and was happy to help you find things and explain things to you. The price was bit confusing as they added tax and took away something else. But the end result was pretty cheap, less than 600rs per night. Although you did have to pay extra for wifi. The rooms were scrubbed clean, however there...

We stayed here for two nights and planned our trip from reception. Inzam was highly helpful and even wrote us out a plan of where to go in Kerala. Thoughtful and bright young man! 10/10 service from him!

The service was poor, the accomodation was ok but very overpriced in comparrison with many other places I have stayed in India and I wouldn't reccommend Ernakulam as a place to visit. The transportation to the airport wasn't cheaper than from Fort Kochi, which although also very touristic, is at least a little more picturesque.

Stayed here for a week .. quite a few years back, and decided to stay here once again during our holidays, this Christmas. But due to some reason had to cancel our trip, but some of our relatives went there... and are staying there now.... they were greeted well and they really liked it. The rooms are clean and well...

This charming hotel, owned and run by brothers Sunil and Alex, is ideally located in the heart of Ernakulam district and only a few minutes walk from the main boat jetty to Fort Cochin. My wife and I stayed in one of the beautiful cottage rooms (₹845 per night), but the standard rooms (₹550) and wood panelled rooms of the...

A well-positioned and welcoming hotel very close to the ferries to Fort Cochin. Friendly staff and very helpful owner who helped us to find the best places to shop and eat in Ernakulum. We stayed in the cottages behind the hotel, which were very comfortable (excellent mattress!), - cleaned daily and the bedding and towels changed. There is also a...

We had a very lovely stay in this hotel. The room rates are cheap and you get a lot for that like every-day-clean up, room service, information about sightseeing. Staff and the manager are very customer orientated, professional and friendly. There are plenty of opportunities for eating and shopping around in the neighbourhood.

“The basic rooms in the hotel are good, with all the facilities one would need. The cottage rooms are more comfortable but also more expensive. The owner told us that there are plans to open a cafe for breakfast etc in part of the hotel.”
