We are a boutique business hotel named Sapphire Club Metro located in the heart of the Cochin city. Ideally located in CP Ummer Road, a 5-minute walk from MG Road Metro station and a stone’s throw away from the KSRTC bus station. We are also located in equal distance from both the South and North Ernakulam railway stations as well. Our property is perfect for business travelers, couples and families. Great place to stay. Rooms : 4/5. Good rooms with all basic amenities what you can expect for a short stay. Good bed, clean linen, clean towels and bathroom. You may not get very hot water; Only lukewarm water because of solar heating system. Location - 4/5. Easy access to Metro, Cab and Auto. Breakfast - We didn't include that in our package. Plenty of options available nearby. Staff : 5/5. Always attentive and supportive. We will surely comeback.

Well cooperating staff and available 24*7. Excellent service and the breakfast was pretty good. Provided with a conference cum dining hall it makes easier for having the breakfast. Overall a great experience for me.

Comfy rooms for business, couple or friends. Pocket friendly with good filly breakfast. Walkable distance from the main road. All majar facilities available. Clean n tidy washrooms. Good stay for a day or weeks

Simply Superb.....Ideal hotel.....No noticable flaws..... Excellent value for money. The location is perfect...close to North Railway station. Ample parking. Free Wifi. Spacious and clean rooms. Comparatively new infrastructure. Toilets are clean. Hot kettle and necessities to make tea/coffee. One bottle water. TV with cable connection. Soap and shampoo were provided. No dental kit. In house restaurant is not available. But we can order through Swiggy/Zomato. Reception is a bit congested. Easy to book ola/uber. Hot and cold water available throughout. AC temperature cannot be adjusted from room. Need to call reception. Comfy bed. Nice view out of the window. Linen provided was a bit dirty. And initial hospitality was a bit lacking. Nobody to show the room. May be due to the pandemic. Ideal for a short stay. Temperature checks and sanitizers at lobby. Not in room.…
