Freddy, the manager, and Praveen have been fantastically welcoming and provide a clean and comfortable stay. Very friendly and accommodating giving us all the information we needed and more. Good price, great location, highly recommend.

Very nice rooms, very central, good value for your money. Spacious beds, rooms with high ceiling and clean attached bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpfull, would come back here any time. Nice Indian food right across the street, less than a minute walk away from your European breakfast at Kashi Artcafe.

For the price you pay this place is very good, the location is excellent on one of the nicer streets in fort cochin and only 1 minute walk to Chinese fishing nets. The manager, Frederick, was really friendly and very helpful. Although basic, the room was clean and not too stuffy. WiFi was quick and worked in the rooms. Good...

This place is full of travellers following the reviews of the lonely planet but, unfortaneuoly they are not taking care of their guests. The place is very dirty and the staff poor profesional. We spent one night and we move to another place, cleaner and cheaper.

Great place for low budget travellers. We had 2 different rooms in our stay. Beds smell little bit mold and bathroom floors are clean but material is old and dirty. Windows have no moskito screen and a lot of ants get in the room easily. Price is low and wifi is good and work in the rooms. My girlfriend's dress...

I was persuaded by a taxi driver to book in here on my return to Kochi after a brief tour of central Kerala. Windows barred and covered in thick anti-mosquito grille, but there were holes in the grille. Dismal room with poor lighting. No light at all in the bathroom (no window either so pitch black at night). Central location...
