This was a lovely stay in a beautifully restored old house. The room was spacious and the best bed I've slept in on this trip. The three ladies who run the hotel are magnificent. Lovely pool on the roof with comfortable chairs in the shade. Breakfasts were excellent with a lot of choices both Indian and western. Loved the whole experience and would recommend it highly.

The pictures are all perfectly true and this is an excellent location to great attractions. They serve excellent food, have immaculate / very adequate rooms & surroundings, and the staff are ALL above expectation & treated us like family. You must try this amazing place in beautiful Kochi / India. We spent 2 nights there during our travels through south India.

A small hotel in the centre of Kochi (about 10 minutes walk from the Chinese Fishing Nets). Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms with good air conditioning immaculately clean. Very nice small pool on the roof top with sun lounge. Excellent food in small dining room but you can request to eat on the roof top - although watch out for mosquitos in the evening. Thoroughly recommend.

We arrived at 3 a.m. because our train was delayed. The person who welcomed us to Tisha’s was very courteous and helpful. What struck us was the inn’s cleanliness and tasteful decorations. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. We settled into a very comfortable bed after a nice warm shower. The next morning for breakfast we had two choices - one Indian or Eggs, sausage and toast. One of us had the Indian and the others had custom made omelets. We had freshly made fruit juice and fresh fruits. Sanita, who served us and was also the Reservations Manager was very cheerful, extremely helpful and went out of the way to seek information for us. All in all an excellent place and very nicely located. We were returning to Kochi the next weekend. Unfortunatelly, Tessa’s was fully booked and couldn’t accommodate us. Tissas will be our first choice in future.

The owners, a pair of antiques dealers, have decorated the public spaces and guest rooms with intriguing examples of their wares. But that's just one of the charms of this nine-room boutique hotel. With its top-notch linens, our bed was especially welcome after our long flights from the States. The food was delicious; the rooftop pool refreshing. Best of all was the staff, well-trained, gracious and caring.

A great place to be and a cosy shelter in the centre of Cochin. I highly recommend the restaurant attached to the house as food is very delicious and customised to your own wishes for a very good quality/price! The guest is very helpful and we will feel really well.

We had a great night in Tissa's Inn. Our rooms was clean and spacious and we like the breakfast as well. We also book the airport transfer and transfer to Alleppey through the hotel reception that was really convenient, the car was clean and in great condition and the rates were also fair. All in all nice experience, we would recommend them.

A wonderful 5 night stay at this fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of Kochi to finish our 2 month tour of India. The reception you get on arrival is great, a welcome drink and a chat with the ever helpful managers. We felt at home straight away. The hotel fabric is faultless. Modern amenities with a fine mixture of Indian artefacts. Our room was beautifully furnished with a modern shower room. The dining room served a choice of breakfasts including one Indian option. Dinner was chosen from an extensive menu and to guide you through it the hotel chef was always on hand to advise. Our room was cleaned every day as was the whole hotel. It was spotless, we could have eaten off of the floor it was so clean! The top floor swimming pool and lounging areas were great to come home to after a day wandering the sites. All the staff were helpful, great at their jobs and very approachable. It’s not if we will visit again but when!

We really enjoyed our three nights at Tissas Inn. The hotel is a short walk (5-10 mins) from the Chinese Nets and the centre of town. What made Tissa’s stand out for us? 1) The staff : Super helpful and friendly. 2) The the roof terrace with pool - a cool shaded area, loungers, super clean a great place to relax and unwind. 3) The Breakfast and food generally : breakfast starts with a lovely plate of fruit, fresh fruit juice followed by your choice of pancakes, eggs or whatever takes your fancy (there is a Keralan curry which is worth a try). Everything is made to order … no buffet style here. 4) We had room 6 - which was very quiet, large, very clean and a bath and super comfortable bed. No view to speak of … We also looked at Room 4 which was good too (no bath) but a little noisier as it fronted onto the road. 5) Lots of lovely art / artifacts around the hotel for you to enjoy.
