The staff was attentive and helped with anything we needed. We used the laundry service and while it is a little pricey, the clothes were well cleaned and folded. Rooms were always kept clean and had a wide breakfast selection.

Overall a good hotel for staying. I came for the business trip as the office was just close to this hotel. You can also find good restaurants near by if you want to enjoy outside food. Only bad experience is that they will make you wait at the checkout just to check whether you have used anything from the bar or snacks provided in the room or you might have taken anything from the room or not. That's a bad thing to do as you must trust your customers.

Nice Brunch Buffet with more than 5 Non Veg items and live counter. The live counter had grill varieties of sausages, Fish and chicken. Food spread was a mix of continental, chinese and other cuisines. The normal package included a pool and one glass of wine as well. All at a very affordable price.

Prompt service, very clean and well maintained, delicious breakfast spread. Although got the room for way lesser because of a bulk booking, don’t think the usual price justifies the usual tariff of 8.5-9K. There is no specific complaint, but just doesn’t justify the cost in my opinion. Definitely worth 5-6K.

The check-in was quite smooth and I was upgraded to a suite. The room was very spacious and clean with comfortable furniture. The food is also quite good. The breakfast buffet has a good variety with mostly south Indian dishes. Though they have live station, they have keep cold omlettes in the buffet. When you request for a omelette from the live station, they appear to be reluctant to make it fresh. Check-out was a hassle with housekeeping inputting some additional things in the minbar account and kept insisting that it must have been used. This delayed the check-out by 20 minutes. The staff need to be trained in handling such situations.
