In simple words, can define this hotel as- Very low fare with excellent features. Such a good stay it was. Booked via online infront of the hotel incharge itself, becuase the price was(only inr.890/-) little lesser compare to their offer price. Eventhough the guy himself ask me to book online. Very nice personality and service at its best. Arrange a boy to pick the luggages untill enters into room. Room was very nice and neat. Bathroom and surroundings were very hygenic too. Have sample kit of bathroom essentials. Have kit of tea or coffee making needs with kettle and water. Room has perfect space and premium ambiance. Complimentary breakfast really excited me as well as my wife. In such a price providing this much aminities is really appreciable and highly recommended to refer to all. Secured parking area also an highlight. The major fact is thus hotel situates just in center of edapally, it helps to access anywhere into town. But same time quite. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Great hospitality, friendly and very helpful staff, hygiene & affordable rooms. Owner and reception staff are very helpful and they do arrange taxi in request. As the breakfast is provided the food is great and delivers on time.

The hotel is in a quiet lane but centrally located (near Lulu Mall, UBER to Lulu Mall Rs.70). St.George Church is just 3 minutes walk away. The property is very well maintained, the compound, the lobby, the rooms are all clean and neat. AC and shower work fine. There is an electric kettle in the room. Breakfast is buffet (toast, butter, jam, milk tea, fresh juice, mainly watermelon juice, cornflakes and South Indian dishes are available). We want to say a big thank you to each and every Treebo Trend Phoenix team member as they are all very nice, courteous, professional and helpful. Ms. Athira is always so nice and accomodating.

having small rooms , NICE staffs, ideally located near to boat jetyy . three star category hotel. Bathroom was neat and tidy The maintenance of the rooms were to be improved. The location is not in a very tidy place and parking doesn’t seem to be ample. We have to leave our car in rain the whole stay.

I stayed with family for 3 Days. Location is Good, very near to Lulu Mall. Rooms are also OK. They don't have kitchen. They serve breakfast with very limited items, no options. No body turned up for roomk on 2nd day even after reminding. Staff behaviour was alright but very limited persons. They have huge scope in improving breakfast quality and roomkeeping.

Very nice and friendly staff. Very clean and spacious room. The breakfast was good with fresh watermelon juice, chai and good indian food. Mr. Jose the owner was very friendly and gentle. The hotel is a walking distance from the Metro.

This was one of the highlights of our Kochi stay. Right at the centre of Kochi In a very peaceful and authentic neighborhood with typical kerala architecture but very near to the choatic yet mesmerising main Street. 5 mins walking to st George's church and Lulu mall. Amazing accessibility with buses, metro, auto and others this makes it a prime location to stay at. If you're looking for street food or restaurants all you need to do is walk out. Amazing amenities In the room. Clean. Spacious. Modern washrooms with hot water. The best part however are the people and their service . Always smiling always humble and ready to make things easier for you. If you're planning on staying in kochi look no further.

Clean, neat and friendly - the well kept property in pristine white is inviting from the first look. About 100 meters from the main road, and 7 minute walk to the nearby metro station, this is a great place for pocket friendly, secure stay. The hotel staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is pedestrian, and is limited to one Indian main dish, boiled eggs, and toast - not a great fare but enough for a business traveler.
