Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom fixtures worked wonderfully well. The quality of the amenities provided was quite good. The pool area and restaurant were beautiful. The food was very delicious. The staff were polite and quick to respond. But please improve your air conditioner capacity as it was not able to cool that well. Also the given amenities were of good quality, they all were not available in the room and were provided only when we asked. Adding a bucket and mug for Indian customers would be a good amenity. Overall my stay was wonderful and the hotel delightful.

We stayed at the Coral Isle Hotel on our holiday in Cochin. The rooms were clean and had everything that we required with good wifi. All the staff were helpful and went out of their way to help us. The meals at their restaurant were also excellent. We stayed here during the Onam festival and the hotel had a special Onam luncheon. The staff took the trouble to explain to us the different parts of the meal and how to eat them, making this a memorable experience. The hotel is in a quiet area very convenient to the station. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in Cochin. Thank you to the hotel staff for making this such an enjoyable stay.

This is a well-priced, upscale hotel for travellers situated right next to the Ernakulam Town railway station, about 10 minutes walk from the closest metro station. I stayed here for 6 nights, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room for the price. I ordered in a couple of times, and the food was quite good (for the most part - I wouldn't recommend the expensive Tiger Prawns dish)
Recommended for anyone who wants a no-fuss comfy stay in the heart of the city.

The hotel room was great however I had a horrible experience with the reception / front desk manager who was forcing me to "buy" and take the bedsheet with me because there was a small stain on it by paying 1500 rs. This is the first time in my life I ever faced a situation like this where I was shown a picture of a stain and was forced to pay for the bedsheet as apparently it was damage. And when I refused to pay I was told - "fine! You go! I will pay from my pocket" and he stormed away.
When I tried to explain a stain of this kind is washable and a simple wash removes they kept saying I have "damaged the bedsheet" and i have to buy and take it with me.
This was a horrible experience and even though the room and food was good , I will never come back to this hotel as I was humiliated so horribly at the time of checkout.

I am a regular for this hotel. The staff confirmed special price of 2800/- per day upon telephonic booking and hence I booked four rooms, only to get surprised while checking out as all the rooms were charged at 3K each without proper explanation. Had a very bad experience at roof top restaurant where order for food was taken but not placed by the staff at kitchen. We kept on waiting for food for more than an hour first , then got fresh order placed and served after almost another 30minutes.

The check in time is 2 PM. We confirmed our checkin over a call at 11:15 AM that we will be checking in late. After reaching at 6 PM, we were alloted a regular room instead of the suite room and upon asking they realised that it was not the room we had booked. We were asked to wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes, the staff was busy chit chatting while ignoring us completely. When confronted, they put us into another room and then said it will just take 5 more minutes to get the room ready. After 20 minutes and no updates, we asked to see.the general manager who was suspiciously not at the property and somehow did not want to meet us that day. After 1 full hour, and 5 hours post stipulated checkin time we were alloted the room we had booked for.
The rooftop bar DJ liked bass more than the baby in Salman Khan song so our room felt the vibrations disturbing us for 5 more hours.

I have stayed here in Feb'24 for 2 nights along with my family. Decent place which comes at below 3k/night, but with lot more compromises around service which is most important piece of hospitality.
Rooms are clean but lot of mosquito 🦟🦟 Hotel offered repellent but for someone like me who is allergic to theae repellent was a challenge. Breakfast was average not a wide spread but taste wise ok. Location is quite inside from main road, especially when you're coming from airport. Service tests customer patience! You have to call multiple times or wait for 15-20 min.

The over all hotel is very good, and cleans. The duplex rooms are nice, clean and tidy. Location is ideal for city travel, cabs, autos and train service are very easy to catch. The Resturant food taste was ok ok type not very good. The swimming pool area very disappointing (under maintenance and water was not clean)

I had a bad experience at this location right opposite to the North Railway station. The service was very poor and the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Additionally, there were no pins in any of the rooms to connect mobile devices for charging; so if you book a room here, make sure you bring your own universal plug!

The receptionist's phone manner was extremely rude, causing us to reconsider our resort booking. I strongly recommend the resort employ more professional staff at the front desk, particularly when handling guest inquiries. I believe her name was Arya, and her unprofessional conduct while discussing room availability left a lasting negative impression.
