This was our first trip in Kochi and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. A paradise for those of you who love to go for long walks, much like my husband and I. The place itself is a treat. Quiet, serene and very relaxing. The host, Sudi is one of the most interesting and kind man we have had the pleasure to meet and live with. His ever smiling face, his wonderful energy and his absolutely delicious food makes this a must-visit place. It was quiet a pleasure to sit at his table, eat his delectable food and exchange life stories. One of our most memorable stays and we hope go back there someday soon.

We loved the warmth of our hosts, and enjoyed our conversations and their gentle and kind hospitality. Their home is a peaceful oasis, and a great place to rest and recharge, after a day spent in this bustling Indian city. The room was comfortable, and very clean. We were prepared a lovely breakfast each morning, and were made to feel very welcome. We recommend this accommodation if you are in fort Cochin.

After 2 weeks travelling North India it was a welcome relief to find the Beena. Lovely home stay with lovely people who were so welcoming and helpful to guests. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. We would hesitate to recommend this homestay.

Our first experience of a Homestay in Kerala & we had a very pleasant two night stay. Our room was comfortable & clean and a good breakfast was provided. It was a great start to our four week holiday in Kerala with very welcoming hosts.

Last month my husband and I had the privilege of meeting Beena and her husband at their private conveniently situated home. The warmth of welcome made our visit memorable. We enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by Beena and her husband, which we shared with their other guests. Our room and ensuite was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The friendliest couple you will ever meet in India maybe even the world! We arrived at 2.45am due to our internal flights yet Beena was smiling and so welcoming at this time in the morning! Location is great, you can walk to any of the sights and the food is out of this world. Very helpful in terms of local sights and things to see and do. Even helped book a driver to Munnar. Amazing place with amazing hosts Thanks so much

Beena and her husband provided a warm welcome and were very helpful getting me oriented to the neighborhood. The dinner and breakfast in their home’s dining room was outstanding-full of Keralan local dishes. The room was fine but could use another electrical outlet. The location is good - about a 20 minute walk to the famous fishing nets.

My wife and I toured Kerala in November for two weeks. Our first stay was for two nights at Beena Homestay. This is a good place to start a trip. Lovely hosts and great food. Nice en suite room. We really enjoyed our stay. We would have no hesitation in recommending Beena to our friends and acquaintances.

On my 3rd visit to Kerala I could not miss a stay at Beena Homestay and I was happy to share such a lovely homestay with my husband at last. He also loved the genuine hospitality and walk to Fort Kochi. Also the food is so fresh and plentiful. Beena and Suresh are warm and friendly people who look after their guests impeccably!

Where do I even begin? I love everything about this place. This is the fifth time I have stayed here, and each time, I feel just as welcomed, and a part of the family. I always love coming to India, but staying here is always the highlight of the trip. The food is always the best food I eat. How so much flavour can be packed into the food they make is beyond me! I wish I could cook like Beena and Sudi cook. On the topic of Beena and Sudi, they are easily the most lovely couple you could wish to meet, and they always make you happy when you see them. I enjoy seeing them each day, and sharing stories with them. I've really come to view them both as family, and I feel lucky each time I get to see them. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, there is ample living space, and it is safe. I have never once stayed here and felt unsafe. It's fantastic. I usually stay in the balcony room, which I love. There's something really relaxing about unwinding on the balcony, reading a book, and watching the sun go down. I already cannot wait to come back! No trip to India is ever complete without staying here. It really is a home away from home. Thank you so much, Beena and Sudi, for being such amazing hosts, and friends! See you soon 😊 🤗
