Worst Welcome .... The Manager and the Attendants were unwelcoming and arrogant .. the TV not working ... Hot Water wasnt available on demand even after calling the reception ... and the worst part is that, their Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms .. people have to come to the lobby to access that ... I wanted to have that in my room as I had to do my officework through my laptop , and I couldnt take my laptop downstairs to work in a noisy congested lobby .... we got the 3rd floor, when my parents have gout problems... and inspite of pleading them to give a room downstairs, they vent out their disapproval .... The Wi-Fi should be available a individual rooms .... so in all aspects, this hotel is a big NO-NO for recommending to other travellers in future.

Not good as shown in the pics. Better hotels are near by. Stayed 2 days with my family. It's actually too good in pictures and that's why I choose it. Their service is poor. If it's a short stay and you are not able to get any places nearby, you can perhaps opt the place. One good thing about it is I took a quadraple room n it was spacious.

The hotel location is right on the mg road and is convenient . There is parking space available though it is not covered parking. We just had to spend the night in and chose a non AC room. The room was clean enough with a very small crt TV . The room and bathroom felt spacious for the price. The matress is not that comfy to sleep on as it's thin, but manageable if you just want to spend a night or so. There are no restuarants in the hotel, however there is a small snacks shop just outside. The lights felt a bit on the dim side. The hallways had some eery smell, though it didn't crept into the room. The manager was nice and helpful. Recommended if you just want to sleep in for the night .

Good hotel at MG Road, here you could only stay. For breakfast, you have to go out and have. Parking/lift facilities are available. Value for money. It is at the centre of the city. Can easily go to nearby Marine drive, back waters , boating n other places..

Hotel is centraly Located. The Best Thing about the Hotel is 24 hrs. Checkout. The Hotel is very Near to Ernakulam Railway Station, and Kerela Road Transport Bus Depot.However House-keeping at the hotel needs Improvement. Excellent Breakfast and Lunch available at the Restaurant.Autos available any time from outside the Hotel. Hotel is surrounded by Mall, Movie Theaters and High End Stalls.Reasonable Price, Reasonable Comforts.

It’s a small hotel in a by-lane near MG road. Pros : 1) The room is comparatively big in the price range. 2) The room rent is cheap. 3) Rooms are clean 4) Near to Center square Cons: 1) There is no sign board for finding the hotel. Also the entrance of the hotel in the building complex is not clearly visible. 2) There is very little parking space 3) There is restaurant attached to the hotel 4) Toilets are not clean 5) Very poor hygiene

Stayed here for 2 days. Bit spacious rooms, clean bathroom. Staff waa pleasant. They have a restaurant too. Hotel is bit old fashioned. It is centrally located in MG ROAD, near to Padma theatre. They offer 24 hrs checkin/checkout.

I stayed here for a day with my family. Rooms were big & clean. Room service was not satisfactory. But for the price, its one of the best option in the location with 24 hrs check-in option.. Front office executives were helpful.

location is good. though on the busy road, since the hotel is inside the complex, you do not feel the disturbance. one good thing is, since i am a vegeterian, I could get only veg food in the hotel. room was clean and beddings were hygeinic. staff were courteous. overall good stay
