Booked this place not even can mention hotel, and only make my trip selling as its co partner to fool peoples, booked one hour before check in and reached property, I came to know that I been cheated, without check in I requested to both MMT and hotel that I can't stay in this place there were repeating same like footpath business, once to touched has to be taken, funny is Make my trip having customer care service I don't know, instead of convincing hotel they are convincing me not ask refund.my sincerely suggestion dont book through MMT ,booking. Com more better then this.
The house is not at all like how it is shown in the picture, the whole villa is dirty, first of all it doesn’t look like a resort. Normal house would be way better than this. They are very much money minded. Problems we’ve faced: 1.Wifi doesn’t work, you’ll have to call the guy like 100 times to fix it 2.TV doesn’t work 3.Water isn’t available all the time in the washroom 4.Not even a single charging socket work, had to hold the charger for a long time and charge my phone 5.Balcony and terrace is the worst, nobody would ever want to to go there 6.It was very expensive, would have found a really good resort in any other place 7.Many more Please do not go here, Sairaj resort is the worst place to be in, in the beach side, it will make you miserable than making you enjoy the place If anybody doesn’t believe this, please do go check the place properly , see for yourself before booking Don’t get fooled with these website pictures, its the worst…
We went there for wedding and everything was perfect food staff ambience....must visit place....best view from ur room....beach right in front of resort....my whole family loved it....will for sure visit again. Took 4 villas from oct 22 till oct 25
The property's biggest highlight is that it has access to a private beach, which is clean and as the property is far from Mangalore main town, has only it's guests on the beach. They have a beach shack where they arrange food, bonfire in the evening and night, also if u are okay with the heat, one can spend quiet afternoon there on the beach under the shack. It has villas which are done up in basics...not very great. The front two AC villas are worth staying becoz u get unhindered view of the ocean from the terrace and rooms, good wifi. It is pet friendly and they provide food for your pet on request. The service and hotel staff are very cooperative and friendly and always provide prompt service. Food is a big let down and very pricey...one does not expect mid size prawns and pomfret on a sea side resort to be charged 750/- plate. An okay place for stay with two advantage to it's name- easy access to beach, the beach shack with wooden benches and good staff.…
We went to Mangalore on 27th Dec night. It was a sudden plan and we were lucky enough to get booking in this resort that last minute. The journey from Bangalore was very good with the scenic beauty. However the temperature in Mangalore was 31degree. It was hot and humid. We had booked one AC bungalow, the rooms were clean and tidy. We ordered lunch in the resort itself. The food specially the fish was really yum. However the staff refused to serve us dinner, as we went to place order at 9.30pm. Even we ordered tea/coffee many times, but they refused saying that there are lots of guests in the resort and they are busy. Other than that, the stay was very nice and pleasant. The beach is just opposite to the resort. You just have to cross the road the beach is right there.
We have booked this resort in the month of December and been there with family. Shocked to find that it is not even close to resort, they should change the name to home stay. Food was pathetic n expensive. I don't recommend this for family.
The best resort near Mangalore beach. Best and teasty fish verity food will be available at reasonable cost. Good service and best costamers responce. Free parking is there. One of the best resort in Mangalore.
We three adults ( Me, my husband Jaseel and friend Prasad) were on a unplanned trip, after Someshwar beach we were exhausted and we went in search of beach resorts , it was around 6 pm, we found this place and walked in. We felt price is fine. Rooms and Bathrooms were neat , bed spreads are good. We were impressed with the shacks on beach side, their way of treating the guest , it was about to rain and we ordered some evening snack , Staff was serving the Tea , snacks, hot water by holding an umbrella in hand, well trained and well behaved staff. Unfortunately the fish items and North Indian Veg dishes that we had ordered for dinner was not tasty, we had to waste all the food that we ordered, few snack items like Onion Pakora's was good. Whole night AC was getting switched off every 20 minutes and switching on in 2 minutes, it disturbed our sleep. We had complimentary breakfast next morning , it was was excellent. They served Idly, Vada, Upma, Chutney and Sambar with Tea and Coffee. I think if they correct the dinner taste I will still prefer to visit them again…
It's a full of family oriented hotel. My family people stay was memorable. Inside many group activities are there. Room was good. Food was nice and even the staff are more presentable with smile. Wish to come back in futurr
I spent 3 nights there at a moment I was unfortunately sick: the staff went above & beyond duty to drive me to the doctor, cook special menus, bring room service... and smile all the time, and even refuse tips (which they reaaaaally deserved). It’s not a luxury hotel but it has all one needs, is right next to the beach facing sunset on the sea, and whatever could be missing, they do their best.
