This is not a very big resort, a small one but its very beautiful filled with plants and garden and a silent area to rest. Our Team with 22 members visited this place. Since I had responsibility to book the resort of my choice, I'm very happy that I got positive reviews from my colleagues after visiting here. All thanks to Mountain Valley Resort team, especially Amreen. They welcomed us very well. Warm hospitality of management and provided all the helps which we wanted.
Overall it's AWESOME place for team outing, whoever stressed out by city pollution they should visit this place to relax and have fun. It was really a great time and memorable. Food wa delicious too.
Soon, I am planning to visit this place with my family too.

Really homely feel, amazingly clean , tasty food, friendly service. Special Thanks to Amreen . who suggested/advised us on the best location to go during these days. Also hats off to Mustafa who helped with every single requirement. The bonfire with the snacks were incredibly tasty and the view was amazing as well.

Must recommend this place to travellers who planning a private and serene homely safe time with family. Staff is very cooperative .Mustafa took care of everything and mam anreen took care of everything and helped us find places to explore Bonfire night was good .

After reading reviews thought it will be good and chose it instead of a resort. The rooms are of poor quality and not as shown in the photos. After paying so much, you have to call in the morning to ask to switch on the geyser, needed to ask multiple times. TV in the room doesn't work. Called them in the morning to checkout, no response. So finally left without informing as I was getting late. Overall I felt price is double the actual rate it is worth of. Very disappointed overall

Hello Sir... Very sorry for the inconveniences... Plz note it's a homestay , not resort or hotel.. Family reside at the property , we are available morning 7 am to night 11 pm.. If your ck out was early , you could have inform us.. We will definitely do the arrangement.. We have both solar and boiler facility.. Hot water is available from 7 am to 10 am and evening 5 pm to 8 pm.... We will definitely response to customer request, my staff and manger room is near the parking.. Anytime they are available....Sorry for the inconveniences ...

Had booked 2 rooms at this place through MakeMyTrip. The evening before we were to leave I was feeling unwell. Contacted the hotel and MakeMyTrip. I tested COVID positive the next day. I requested for cancellation.

Hello ... Thank you for feedback... You had booked through MMT.. As per MMT policy their is no last min cancellation.And it was long weekend, calling us 15 hrs before ck in for cancellation, will not be considered. We can't cancel the booking , but we gave you the option to postpone the trip... It was upto to you decide...... Sorry for inconvenience....

The property is not far from city but still in a peaceful place. The stay was very relaxing and peaceful. The host and every staff are very helpful. Food was very tasty, homely. Lots of greenery around, few pets and lighting make this place more beautiful.

Hey.. We had a wonderful stay at Mountain Valley home stay. From welcoming staff to the homely log house we had fun thoroughly. With beautifully maintained infrastructure and the fun including carrom, camp fire and amazing food made it hard for us to leave the place.
Special thanks to Mrs. Amreen for guiding us through the outings in Chikmagalur , Mr. Musthafa who helped us a lot there and the two other friendly staff whose name we couldn't catch but where very helpful. Thank you. We shall definately visit again. - Nikhi, Vidhi and Megh

This is a Family Run homestay with very good staff. The stars of our holiday in Mountain Valley were Amreen and her mother. They run this hotel on friendliness and helpfulness. The room was amazing,very clean and the food delicious! I need to stress on the quality of the food they served us, it was superb; they took care of us really well. It was paradise! Highly recommended!

i travelled to this homestay and i quite didnt had a good experience with the stay here. firstly , the road ,, which led to the place , was like we are in a remote village with no signs of pucca road..our vehicle got stuck in mud and we ourselves had to push it to get it out with the helpers being silent spectators watching the scene.. evrytime we entered, our shoes became full of mud and had to wash it which finally spoilt our shoes. secondly , the food. the people who were serving the food were acting as if they are anna daataas.... reminded me of my college days hostel mess were the food was not good and the people who served were reluctant to give it . some other concerns included visibility of persons bathing in the bathroom , to our surprise , someone kept on switching off the geysers. used soaps and toothpastes were packed and kept . in the night , none was sure about what they wanted us to do.. one helper told we cant have eatables inside , while the other told we cant have food in the dining area... :O ... the rooms were damp , blankets were smelling , and our suggestions were not taken into consideration . so overall, i would not recommend the place...
