Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
My short trip experience with this hotel turned out sour when the staff behaved rudely when I requested for cleaning my room. As per normal guidelines all hotel provide room cleaning as default service whereas this is the first hotel in my life where they ask customers to inform in advance in case you need your rooms to be cleaned. Also when asked for cleaning the rooms the staff especially the supervisor/Manager started behaving rudely stating that their staff is not available and they shall not be able to clean the rooms as they should be informed by guests in advance during morning for cleaning. When protested that why did not they inform the guests during check-in about the same, the Manager says "Please do whatever you can do but we cannot help you as its is not our fault that you did not inform in advance". Such attitude and behaviour I never expected from a Hotel like this to their guests. Requesting people to check their services and think twice before booking this hotel.

The room was kept tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The attached restuarant serves good food. But the towels provided were soiled, the staff recognised it and promptly provided a new set. Bathroom looked clean but had a stale smell, the walls looked untidy as if someone has spit paan.

Location is near the busy road,it could have been just 1 or 2 km out side the city. parking is insufficient.hot water kettle given was not good,after boiling water one can witness plastic impurities of the lid in the water.

The location doesn't have parking facility except for 3-vehicles in the basement. In Basement they have kept Garbage and vegetables and smell very bad. Entry is on the small lane. Not able to move vehicle nor take a turn.
In Room they not kept Coffee/Tea bags, we need to request. No Tooth paste or brush provided, we need to buy separately. Suggest to keep a small Tooth paste and brushed which may cost less than Rs:50.00 (this can be included in the overall Room cost)

- Please don't waste you money here - Management has to really train staffs in reception. - Rude customer handling - Rooms are not clean and smelly. Hence we changed room. - No parking space - AC is not working - For the same price they provide Rooms with different qualities. ( Cleary their intention is not to delight customer) - Please don't book online. What they show in online is different from what you get. - They don't even have hot water in shower( shower is having rust). - suffered a lot with kids.
Horrible hotel.. stay away
( There are plenty of options and rooms in chigmagalur. Book your hotels directly after seeing)

Try to get the owners number to give this feedback about this hotel. I really what to improve the quality so that other customer will not face what i gone through. However hotel staff refused to give. Hence I have writing my review here.
Even though location is prime, quality of people you employee and the way they handle customer will help to enhance the hotel brand and increase your revenue and delight customer.

Our Stay @ Treeb Orchid was for 2N/3D . We opted for Mahogny and the Room was quite spacious . The staff were helpful too and were attending to the complaints raised . The breakfast was included in my package and it was delicious . Though timings for brekafast was 8.30-10 am , there was no strict restriction of starting Bfast @ 8.30am , both days we had breakfast by 8am as per request we raised to the Manager as we were starting the day early. I would definitely give a thumbs up for this Stay .

It was good to stay in Neat and BIG rooms . One request is to provide Breakfast before 8:15AM as people would be keen to travel. Also Bed coffee was not available till 7:30 AM which is quite late for land of Coffee

For the price i booked this hotel, the amenities were really good. Staff was helpful and responsive. Car parking is limited but the staff went out of their way to help me out in parking my car safely. Overall a good experience for the price.

Stayed in the property for two night's and had a very bad experience and as it was a weekend we were forced to stay as there were no other availability and bad customer service from Treebo as they will not fix any of your concerns. 1. Bedsheets was very dirty and had blood stains on it. 2. Balcony was unclean and had ciggerate buds all over. 3. They say it's unlimited breakfast and we had to pay for the breakfast. 4. No parking atvthe property as we parked outside.
