We have stayed for one night on 25th Feb 2023 with family, and we have faced the lot of inconvenience at the resorts, due to lack of security reason, we have lost the cash and gold item at the room during the dinner time. The management need to secure the property for the customer. Other than that property, staffs and food was excellent.

Rooms were ok. Rooms require to be renovated, as there were cracks on the walls, mirrors were stained with watermarks. Food was good, staff were polite & courteous. Stayed in the jacuzzi room, feel that the jacuzzi could have been included inside the bathroom, so that it does not get dirty with leaves & insects fallen inside the jacuzzi. Fairly overpriced

We have visited on 14th Feb and paid 44K for 2 bedroom Villa with Pool that included Breakfast as well. But let me tell you, they have worst food for Dinner and Breakfast both. Room was not up to the mark. No Proper light, Overall not justified price. Pool temperature is not controlled, it was very cold both the one inside the Villa and the common pool. Especially, in this season it is difficult to use swimming pool without controlled temperature. We went to common pool. The condition is even worst. Pictures are self explanatory. Only one thing was good- They will provide you cab from room to restaurant on one call whenever you request them.

Please try and avoid this resort. Absolutely zero hospitality. Staff is not at all interested to serve you. Mr Rajshekhar specially is not suited for his role at F&B section. Management should hire better enthusiastic staff !! I am definitely not at all happy with them. If the higher management is reading this please improve on your staff training

We visited siri nature roost on 28th oct.for 2 days...the resort was very good...its shows the beauty of nature...food was also good...all services from resort is very good like room service at any kind like pick up drop facility from restaurant to room,cleaning of jacuzzi,room,arrangement of camp fire and water serving service while playing antrakshari....but at the last day of check out,early in the morning water facility stopped in our room.our kids were unwell and we need water for bath and other basic needs but they dint give us proper response.giving different answers many times after calling the room service without solving our problem and helping us out.emergency contact also dint receive our call either they dint send any staff member to give us the solution.technical issue may be the real but they should give us proper solution.bcoz of this we got late by 1.5 hour and we will miss our train but thank god we reached before exactly b4 15 min of departure.illmannered and poor behaviour ruined the beauty and charm of the resort.sorry to say but veru upsetting and unexpectable expwrience at the last day of checkout(mrs.spandana)…

With respect to ambiance and cleanliness, the resort is excellent, with no other thoughts. However, there was a lot to compromise when it is food. I had opted for BF only package. So, when I checked in, I had the food served by Siri restaurant which is outside of the resort, with no taste, and perhaps the cost was also high. We later had to come to Chickmagalur to have food and lost 3-4 hours in finding a restaurant and having food. Again 2 hours of time were wasted on dinner as well. Next day morning breakfast we had in the in-house restaurant of Siri Nature Roosts. Though there were ample amount of options, nothing was tasty or delicious. Had thought at least the egg will not be compromised with any such, nevertheless, the boiled egg yolk had turned black. maybe it was overcooked or old stock eggs. Net-net though the facilities are good I may not recommend it, as you will waste most of your time going out for food or regret having inside food and may not enjoy the ambiance properly. We booked a stay from 1st to 3rd through Luxury Escapes. We took a cab to Chikmagalur on 1st Morning. Proved to be a wonderful trip. For those who don’t mind spending an extra hour you can check Belur on the way. Anyway, we were checked into our villa almost immediately on arrival. From the parking lot you are taken to your room by an Innova kept for the purpose. The Innova also ferries you to restaurant and back. You can also choose room service. Our Villa was the one with the jacuzzi which detour purpose. A big room well segregated. The stay we enjoyed as it was experiencing nature at close quarters. The staff were warm and helpful. Our stay being on weekdays, our package entitled us to breakfast n dinner. And it was a ka carte. Except on our check out day being a weekend filled with gues entitling us a buffet breakfast. Food quite scrumptious. A bottle of wine provided to those who consume. All in all a great experience. Yet , a little something put us slightly off. One evening we woke a little late. And asked for tea to be served in our room. It was cited that dinner was starting at 7.30 hence no tea. In all my years of travel and stays no one ever refused tea. We had booked 3 rooms of Meru vindhya for 2 nights. Buffet breakfast could have been better. Calling the cab everytime to move from room to restaurant was a bit irritating. Any alternate means can be found and this can be solved. Stay was overall decent, rooms were clean. Jacuzzi in the room might be closed with a glass partition, we didn't use the Jacuzzi as we were scared of monkeys and flies.
