These rooms are divided into 18 Oak (standard), 2 Maple (deluxe), and 4 Mahogany (premium) category rooms. Each of them is equipped with a clean, well-made bed, wardrobe, an air conditioner, television with DTH/cable, study table/chair, intercom, and a fan. Each room also comes with a spotless en-suite bathroom complete with shower cabinets and Treebo toiletries. In addition to this, a few rooms also come with a bathtub. When it comes to the on-site amenities provided at the hotel, you can expect an elevator, the provision for ironing boards, quick laundry services (third party), and a furnished lobby. I am listing the deficiencies in Treebo Sunrise, Chikamaglur. 1) Staff and Manager are very rude. There is absolutely '0' % concept of Hospitality or Customer Service. I am pretty sure they have no clue what that is. 2) Rooms are dirty and the accessories such as Towels etc. are in a bad shape. 3) Amenities such as TV, AC, Shower etc. Are not working. 4) Breakfast is served as if they are giving it to beggars. Coffee and Tea is served only half a cup and we are told that ' Free you get this much only '. As I understand breakfast is paid for and written as "Included" and it is not complimentary. Also the breakfast doesn't have bread Butter or Cereals or anything else . Only Idli, Dosa and chutney and that also in limited quantity. I wonder in which hotel is this known as Breakfast. Ridiculous. 5) Parking facilities are also not available. The limited parking is barely 5 to 6 cars for a hotel size of more than 20 rooms . So we had to park the car on the road as per hotel instructions. Since we made a complaint about the hotel, they made the Auto Rickshaw guys fight with us, saying we had parked in the Auto stand and blocked our cars with their Autos. After apologizing for more than 15 minutes, when we were leaving, we saw the hotel staff and Autowallahs having a good laugh. Talk about high handedness and Gundagiri. 6) The rooms were not equipped with any basic facilities. Even water bottles had to be requested to be kept in the rooms. Prepaid extra beds were kept in the room only around 1030 pm . Well past our kids bedtime, and we had requested this at the time of booking. The list is endless, and so are our grievances. By far, after visiting more than 20 countries and the whole of India , I can safely say that this was the WOSRT HOTEL I stayed in. And yeah, when they figured out that I was taking videos, they turned off the electricity to the rooms, and so I had to take videos with the phone flashlight. …

The staff needs to be trained we had to ask for toiletries when we have paid for certain service it should be proactively given not asked for Dental kit, coffee ingredients and other toiletries should be in the room beforehand

Over all experience was good. Staff was humble and provide best services. Kodus to Tejas support staff how was very supportive. Little tricky to find hotel using Google map. Required big board / sign board at corner of the road. One negative is bathtub don't have stopper (no use of bathtub)

We had a wonderful time staying here. The AC was not working, so they upgraded us to a family suite. All rooms were very spacious, cleanly kept. Staff were courteous.They asked us to have breakfast at the next door restaurant. Would definitely opt for staying at Treebo properties again.

Good Stay, Great Location Costly wrt Amenities Available. More varieties should be introduced in the complimentary Breakfast. Room was good but the look&feel and the amenities didn't seem worthy of 1700/- per night.

A terrible place and a fraud. The place is located in an obscure lane, which is very difficult to locate and when you call the Treebo office for location they pretend that they are talking from the hotel location but in-fact they are reading from the google maps, all the while located in some city call center. All the information provided about the hotel by the booking team is completely false and they build castles in the air for you. Not at all trustworthy company this Treebo, they are fooling you!!! The breakfast they serve is just 2-3 dishes (idli, upma and vada), which are all terribly cold and when mentioned to the staff, they replied that the breakfast is outsourced and hence they cannot do much about it. Also the quantity is very limited, so you need to be an early riser to grab some breakfast. Also there is no food service, hence you are asked to call Swiggy/ Zamato...wow!!! Plus no nearly restaurants to grab some food if you are hungry. The rooms/ toilets/ garbage bins are never cleaned during the complete duration of your stay, hence DITY process. This place is located in a very tiny by-lane and none of the neighboring business centers are aware about this place at all. Very, very difficult to locate this place. The only saving grace is the reception boy (both the shifts), who are polite and friendly. Suggestion: Treebo is a fraud, avoid booking anything with them, as they have immature kids answering the phone/ booking/ etc and you will have a terrible frustrated time plus wasting your money on this company.…

Centrally located place with a basement parking. Checkin was qucik. Rooms were compact with all required facilities. Hot water was available 24x7 with basic toiletires being provided. In room complementary tea-coffee counter was a decent addition. Despite a large glass window, it's better to keep it covered as it offers absolute zero view. Linens were clean and sleep quality was good. AC was working fine. Overall floor and room cleanliness were good. Staff was helpful. They have a tie-up with a local restaurant but the same restaurant serves faster when ordered via online food delivery apps. Such deliveries are delivered directly to the room. Included breakfast had very limited options but were freshly prepared and Ok in taste. Two things could have been better - 1. Masks for all staffs in common areas and when interacting with guests. It was hardly followed. 2. The table covers at the dining / breakfast area definitely need a cleaning. Also the bread packet was just left on the table. It could have been served better. Overall a place with nothing special and nothing major to complain about; suitable for a short stay.…
