The hotel is nestled in the midst of beautiful views and a nice drive from Bangalore with good clean roads. We traveled with a toddler, so hygiene was of supreme importance. one thing that stood out for us was the hospitality. Was beyond excellent! Special shoutout to Sandesh (fondly called Sandy) for accommodating every single request we had from the kitchen. Ashok, Asma, Kiran, Jay and the others also were utterly amazing. We would like to thank each one of you for making our stay so memorable!
Nice stay and excellent stay Room service excellent 👌 Housekeeping staff was very much cooperative Front office was understanding and check in was smooth and food was excellent. I must suggest everyone to stay
The resort is set in a picturesque environment amidst nature by this way we get to enjoy the early morning chirps (sighting of peacocks during plantation walks ) and fireflies at night. The staff is so courteous and all our questions go answered. At the reception Jay showed us around the place, though he was new to the job he showed us the entire property patiently and mentioned certain points with care. I personally enjoyed the spa services ( I was attended by Arin) which was very reasonable and relaxing. Like a cherry on top of the cake is the food at the restaurant, we had taken 3meals in our package and trust me this is the best decision I took. The food here is amazing and very satisfying, the best food I had eaten in a very long time. The restaurant manager Madan made us feel at home and Kiran helped us with the best service. I thoroughly enjoyed this place and would totally recommend it to all. Thank you Java Rain team for this memorable experience!…
It's a great resort with great ambience equipped with great staff. Special thanks to Jay, Asif and Asma for making our stay memorable. Weather here mesmerises and the resort has its own coffee estate which is like cherry on the cake.
We had a wonderful stay at Java Rain Resorts for 4 days. We specially appreciate , Miss Asma, Mr.Jay Baidya, Mr.Kiran , Miss Chaithra , Chef Santhosh, MrAshif for making the stay comfortable for us. Courteous smiling staff. Kudos to the management for this. Crimson tower is a must visit in the property. You will meet peacocks ambling around. WOW!!! Vatities of birds, insects, fig trees , pepper creepers, OF course, coffee plantation....and most of all SILENCE and Nature noises. So many views of the surrounding mountains and lakes. The villa style Kaffa, where we stayed was comfortable. A place warms the heart because of the warmth shared by the people there. Java Rain Resort is exemplary in terms of place and people. Thank you...
We thoroughly enjoyed the resort. It is in a beautiful setting, amidst coffee plantations and lush greenery. The resort is first class in terms of quality , attention to detail, cleanliness, beautiful lightings, pool etc. This is the place if you are looking for a complete break from a hectic work life. In addition there are various levels of outdoor activities available. In particular I want to give a shout out to Mr. Madan Kumar, Manager for his outstanding customer service. He took personal interest in making sure everyone had a good experience dining in the only restaurant that is now open post-covid. Thanks Madan! But I have to point out one major negative of this place. We were in the heart of coffee country, but the brew they served was uniformly bad!, For the money they charge, I would have liked to see a barista making the exact brew one wanted. That was not the experience of several people I talked to. Almost all guests were unhappy with the coffee. They must fix this!…
Must visit!! Staffs are good Ambience amazing. Food is good. Pleasant Nature to wake up to. Sourrounded by Greenery and birds chirping. Felt like I was in Bali haha Service is very good. Good for Couples, friends and Family.
We stayed for 3 nights at Fika 301. The best things first !! Location.... Beautiful resort set amidst the coffee plantations. The view from our room was awesome, kind of made up that I missed out on a Jacuzzi or privat pool room. Food was another highlight.Excellent buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner...High tea too ! Madan Kumar at the restaurant was very hospitable. We took the plantation walk ,guide by Ms Asma,a very bright and energetic staffer who is an ace photographer too ! I celebrated my birthday there with very good arrangements done at the Gazebo ! Now for a couple of things which can be improved. The swimming pool... Ambience is great but there is no pool attendant,so have to search out a guy for towels. There are no signages at pool. A steel ladder will be great for safe entry n exit from pool. There should be some proper demarcation between kids section n regular pool. It's an accident waiting to happen in case this issue is not addressed. Lighting all over the resort needs to be upgraded. The flight of steps to 301 has no light, have to rely on cel torch ! Rooms and bathroom was good, but few pegs in bathroom to hang towels is needed. Overall I would highly recommend this resort.…
Self contained resort.excellent food .friendly staff.pool s bit small but good enough.wonderful place to walk and roam around.is a coffee estate in this world famous place so coffee tour a must.take the valley view room 301 if possible
