It is situated near to Kempagowda bus terminal. Though the hotel is little bit costly compared to normal online bookings, but its worth it. The room is good and the food is excellent. If you are a foodie like me, just go for it. Its a must for family people.

The hotel is neat , but the food is very bad . The service and hospitality is pathetic . They are very rude for all basic services. It’s surprising how a hotel in centre of Bengaluru can have such staffs working. I hope they can be trained better .

It was my third stay in this hotel on 06th Dec'21 there was a drainage issue in my room I checked in around 10:00 PM and the issue happened around 11:00 I guess the room no was 203 then I called front desk they sent a maintenance person in room and even knowing all the issue I only have to ask the front desk person to change my room he didn't offer then second thing my gf had taken bath and in that condition she has to walk in corridor which was very ugly experience I've ever had and last thing NO ONE APOLOGIZED for the inconveniences which I've faced I only called at reception after changing room then he said sorry and when I said it will leave a very bad review he said in a rude tone that ok do it. Overall very bad experience in your property.

Well located, near MG Road and major business areas, Helpfull staff, the food is good, and value for money. Still coming to terms with the COVID aftermath, the hotel is good mid-segment-type recommendation.

Clean rooms. All working properly. Centrally located. Decent breakfast. The terrace restaurant is nice. However, if you need to visit whitefield this is not the right location. Best is its only 45 mins from the airport. I had meetings in rajaji nagar, Cunningham road, and was not pushed to find transport. Best thing is i could have walked those distances too.

when you book a room in an alleged 3* or 4* hotel, you expect some basic things to be in place. A room for 2 should have 2 towels or 1? what about napkins? drinking glasses? Well there were no toiletries - and i did not bother to ask. Room service was well absent, the door key did not work EVER. I am sure I will not stay there ever again, so good bye.

I visited the hotel during one of family wedding. The hotel is good and centrally located accessible from considering the location airport in Bangalore. Central location of Bangalore is easily accessible. The room service such as cleaning and accessories should be improved. It is one better hotels in mid segment at the area.
