I’ve been here for 5 days and the treatment was amazing. The checkin process was smooth, and my requests to get the room cleaned multiple times was accepted without any hesitation. The front desk person named Alex was also very courteous.
The breakfast spread was delicious and the most wholesome meal I’ve ever had in my stay in Bangalore. Shanti Bihar, Raj, Damini on the duty we’re very attentive and respectful throughout. They ensured that the process went smooth and my requests were attended. Great work!

I stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bengaluru in September 2024.
The property is located near Manyata Business Park and enjoys easier access to the Airport than the rest of the city.
The staff is very kind and friendly. As a premium member of Radisson Rewards, I was upgraded to a suite.
The room was huge, well-lit and nicely furnished, although the asymmetrical design was a bit disorienting. The suite had a separate drawing room and powder room, a well-stocked coffee, tray, mini fridge and a snack tray.
The bathroom was big and well-supplied and had a bathtub and a separate shower area. The water pressure was good.
As my departure was earlier than their breakfast time, so they packed a sandwich and fruit for me.
Overall the experience was very good.

Very average and overrated 4 star hotel under Raddisson brand... Just pay a bit more and book another Radisson or Hilton close to it. Will be waste of your money.Â
 When we entered it's smell like entering in a hospital with cleaning liquid smell in lobby. It's should be refreshing welcoming smell. Probably they cleaned with cleaning liquid and forgot to spary freshner. In bathroom shower door is not closing so whole bathroom was flooded everytime went for shower. Have to close with one leg during shower. We asked them to chage the room but they said No.Â
On 1st day bathroom was clogged and WATER EVWRYWHERE in bathroom, so my wife has to come out of shower in halfway. Have to call reception and then took around 45 mins for maintenance team to fix it before we can use it.Â
Under basin it was mouldy even glass doors in shower. Shower handle was no lid and it steel wiring was turing black.
I don't think they even change bedsheet everyday unless it's really dirty. They provide 1 towel for2 adult and 1 kid and I have to call front office every day for extra towel.Â
The most interesting part was dinner trays. They have several spots like been used for several times and never been cleaned. If you lift the paper they place to cover it, you will loose your APPETITE.
Breakfast is average, limited selection but taste is good.Â
In restaurant staffs has no training holding glass, cups, plates right in middle. Don't ask for barista coffee as they don't have a machine and trained staff to make and so please don't ask. I asked a capaccuinno for my wife and they made milk froth and poured over milk coffee.Â
Outside view is you looking at a busy flyover, with no sceinic view as you can guess for Bangaluru.Â
We even talked to front of house staff as they asked over the phone regarding our stay. We told them everything and I was told it won't happen next time when we visit. I don't think I will ever visit here again.
Ultimately we left the property 1 days before as we were so out of it. As a 4 Star hotel I was expecting at least some sort of standard. But this one is mind blowing. This property shouldn't deserve more than 2 stars.

Our stay at Country Inn was superb. The rooms are impeccably maintained, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. The morning breakfast buffet stands out as a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone traveling to Bangalore and looking for accommodation near Hebbal.
While the cab entrance is somewhat narrow and tight, it does not detract from the overall positive experience. Special thanks to Pinky for her excellent assistance with the breakfast buffet menu selection. Overall, it is an excellent choice for travelers.

I have been here for a business trip staying for 15 days. Over the course of my stay here I have been treated well right from the time I entered the Hotel, till the day I checked out. I was received by the receptionists Alisha and Anoop who sorted out the initial process and guided me well to the room, helped out what are all the things I can do during my stay. I took a single occupancy which had two separate beds (room was actually a double occupancy one) where beds were maintained properly. Compliments like water bottles, tea, coffee, sugar, milk powder packets were already available. You will also get a small fridge, electric kettle to prepare hot water for tea or coffee, a cupboard to keep our stuffs and a digital locker( It was not working and I tried twice with the respective representative to make it ideal to use but it was not rectified, but there is no need for me too so left it as it is). Everyday there will be room cleaning services also as and when required like if we want any cleaning or laundry services and if we hang card outside the door, hospitality team would immediately address it. Ayush Verma, Amit Sharma and Dinesh Kumar were very kind in cleaning my rooms, providing compliments and maintained a kind gesture in addressing guests. Overall it was worth staying here and had a good experience. And you will definitely feel the value of money.

The hotel staff in the Room service and in the restaurant not very curtious. Also when requested a second cup of tea they used the same used cup to pour it. Also when requested for room service they did not turn up. Very poor service. Did not like the stay at all.
