The hotel is good, comfortable rooms. Nice staff. The location is around 3-4 kms from Koramangala, so it's a good location. Prices are a bit on the higher end, so please try negotiating if booking is done over the counter and not from here. Otherwise, the stay is pleasant.
For business reasons I had to stay in this specific area and wanted to find a hotel in mid range. Temple Tree served the purpose. It has acceptable clean rooms and a pleasant breakfast room. Internet was fine too. My room door was a bit broken, so that it would not close automatically and I practically had no window in my room, so, it's hard to maintain a good odor in the room. The one draw back that I felt was that it was slightly over priced. If this hotel would be 1/3rd cheaper, it would have the correct market fit. For a 5500/room/night level I expect the details to be more taken care and hardware better maintained. In the end I moved to a hotel that was only 1/4th of the price and the room was not much worse. However, the stay was pleasant and the staff was helpful and friendly.…
Stayed here for 15 days . Best hotel in the the heart of the city. Centrally located with proper excess to major junction. Peaceful and best staff to cater to your requirement. Kiran , nisar ahammed and afzal are best resource who will ensure things are been taken care. Suman and Ramdas and guru done an amazing job with cleaning of my room on daily basis . Balakrishna best person who will ensure that you have best breakfast to start your day. Looking forward to visit again.
Well maintained Hotel, The rooms are extream clean and tidy, The staffs are well trained in the terms of service, food is super tasty, Specially the manager Mr.Afzal was very kind and helpful, I certainly will stay again there in future.
Loved the room. Good facilities, great condition, very clean. Excellent service in the restaurant and Kiran at front desk was great. Meals in the restaurant were exceptional. Looking forward to my next stay.
One of the best hotel in Bangalore. As per regarding service and staff, it was well mannered and behaved. { If you have any problems, you can get them solved by Kiran(Staff Member)} Rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious enough.
As of today, I have spent 8 days, working from the hotel room. We took the Garden View room with balcony, and I must say it has been wonderful. We will miss it when we check out in two days. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Nissar helped us navigate some booking issues at the start, and also helped us Dunzo some stuff late at night. Kiran at the front desk has a warm personality and promptly helped with room service and other requests. While the breakfast buffet could do with some more variety, the room service food is very good. I ordered in a few times and was pleased with the quality and taste every time. Lalbagh Botanical Garden is about 500 metres from the hotel, and I've gone there a few times for a morning run. The location for this is in a quiet lane, away from the maddening traffic just as you walk up the road. If you are in South Bangalore, this is the place for you to stay at. Take the Garden View Room. It gets full morning sunlight and is always lit through the entire day. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Temple Tree.…
This was my fifth stay at Temple Tree. The rooms are lovely. The hotel has a very soothing and tranquil atmosphere. The staff are very accommodating. Although the restaurant's menu is not varied, whatever is on offer is delicious.
I just now called the hotel to make an enquiry. I asked the person if he could transfer me to the owner .He started arguing on this. I must say he is the worst manager ever I have spoken to. Audio is recorded with me.i would request the owners to get in touch so that I can send you that. Please teach your staff how to talk to customers. I would recommend you guys to get your manager trained as he Lacks a whole level of customer dealing.
We liked the room it is stylish and at the same time modest. Totally clean which is important when you are in India. Caring and nice stuff. There is a tree on the balcony, which is nice, so we had a dinner on the balcony once, for this purpose the balcony is little bit tight, but you can drink coffee for sure. Wi-fi and MacBook doesn't work well together and internet is super low. But the stuff helps to solve the problem when it stops working (it has a limitation 1000 mb or so... then it can be reloaded). Although you can have a good rest there and I think it was one of the best experiences while traveling in India. Thank you!
