It was excellent.. Food was superb..
Ms Uma / Mr Water /VENKATESH All the staffs we done their part 100%.. When we are asking for Service Ms Uma is immediately responding and hearing our needs and act accordingly. House keeping was little bit slow.. Laundry was OK, they spoiled my trouser too.

When I first booked this hotel, the price was just ₹3400 for three people for 1 room for 1 night without breakfast, but when I checked in, the hotel staff told that it is ₹4800 for the same, but when we showed them our email, they got us checked in after 1 hour. This almost ruined my plans for the day.
Soon after we checked in the AC's weren't working and when we called the reception, a person came and said it was working just fine and needed just a clean. After we returned to the room after 4 hours, the AC's were still not working and asked the reception that we need to change the rooms but another maintenance guy came and told that still it was working fine but it wasn't we were suffocating and then we demanded an air cooler. To top things off, there were no fans. We had a very rough night sleep.
And when we needed a shower the next morning we almost had to slip as there was a tub. It wasn't working at all. If it is not working, why would the hotel put in many websites that there is a tub.

Stayed for a quiet week in this quaint hotel located near majestic bangalore. The hotel was previously called Golden Landmark. Seems the hotel makes most of its business from corporate events, due to its location. The rooms were pretty and everything seemed old and falling apart. Particularly the Bathroom, have a look at the state of the shower. water clogs in the bathtub as well. Free breakfast was not good. Due to some reason the chap managing the breakfast kept asking my room number once and then look at my wife and ask her room number as well. Not sure if he was being funny or something is really wrong. The checkout process also was not worth appreciating.

Through goibibo I have booked a premium room wich I have chosen just because it has been shown as complimentary early check in upto 3 hours is available. Since we would be reaching early we searched many hotels, but for most of them check in time had been around 1200 to 1400. But I will never forget the gesture and bad manner in which the front desk staff greeted us. Her whole attitude was unfriendly and she behaved in such a manner as if we had infiltrated the place. Being frequent travellers we had stayed in many hotels, from five star to ordinary ones, but such a worst experience we never had. we had a very bad experience. She could have told us politely that the room is not vacant and ask us to wait. On the contrary she behaved very harshly, not suited to a front desk staff. We immediately cancelled our booking and we booked another hotel which lies on the opposite side, fortune park jp celestial. There the check in time was 1400. But when we reached there and enquired whether early check in is available, the staff there behaved in a very polite manner and asked us to wait for 10 minutes. Immediately they arranged a room. I am not blaming the hotel management of hotel Rialto, but I have one request, never post such front staff, who doesn't know how to handle customers. Such instances would only ruin your business

Greetings from The Rialto Hotel Bengaluru! Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Further we would like to reiterate that the complimentary early check-ins are subject to availability of rooms and are restricted to 3 hours prior to regular 1200 hrs check -in time (i.e 0900 hrs). Any check-ins prior to that will be subject to availability and chargeable as per the hotel policy. Upon inquiring the instance with staff and checking the CCTV footage we found that that you had arrived at the hotel at 0745 hrs and our staff had communicated the early check-in policy, and also informed that the rooms would need to to sanitised and then cleaned which would take at least 30-40 minutes and then issued. However, we see that our request to wait for the said time was not agreed and the booking was cancelled. We would like to speak to you regarding the same in order to understand the instance from your perspective. One of our managers will call you during a time convenient to you. Please do speak to our representative, and rest assured necessary action will be initiated if required. We at ‘The Rialto’ aim at consistently delivering excellent services to all our guests and the instance is not reminiscent of high service standards the hotel is know for. The thing that works for the hotel is that it is centrally located opposite to the race course and close to from where a lot of long distance bus depart from.
The hotel is nice, food is great and hospitality is also nice. Being central it has all the advantages of the same great transportation facility, close by malls and shopping districts.

The hotel is in the perfect location, and a renowned one; So no hassle is getting transport by any means. The receptionist was polite and does the needful. The room was spacious and clean. Need to replace the old bed spreads, other than that it was a worthwhile stay.

It's been an fantastic stay. An extraordinary interiors with luxurious rooms. Classical amenities and wonderfull view of turf club from the room. Food was excellent and try for the spcial items it's really worth it. Best inn class services and dedicated staff. You would really enjoy your stay.

I was planning a wedding event for jan and I shotlisted Rialto hotel from 10 hotels mainly because of gm Mr Ajith n all the staff. Very courteous n polite. Got a wonderful feeling when I entered Rialto.
I booked 10 rooms. The service, cleanliness n food was excellent.
Would definitely recommend this hotel for a home like feeling. All my guests too share my views. Thanks to the Mr Prabhu n his staff.
