i checked in to a suite room and nothing was sweet. bathroom fixtures were not in order, no proper ventillation, found insects running around the mirror, water control was sick and leaky. i opened one tap and surprised water came from many, not clean, i will say a clear no to second time, food average, but personal service good and cooperative. my recommendations are - simply find another place

Last week I stayed here with my Dad for a couple of nights. The hotel's location is pretty good and in the center of Madiwala. It is close to Total Mall and Madiwala bus stop. They have a self-service restaurant (for breakfast, lunch and dinner) and a dine-in restuarant (for lunch and dinner) as well right below their building. This is very comfortable as you needn't walk around much for the same. I had been to this hotel before as well and always stayed in the main building where they have the reception and this seems pretty safe and I didn't face any issues with robbery like many others mentioned. But yes, the other rooms outside this building are close to the boundary and hence you need to be more careful. Rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable. The staff at the reception was good.

Moving on to the cons, the A/C makes a lot of unit noise. We were in the third floor and I am not sure if this is the case with all the floors or just ours. The rooms are not clean and was dusty. The linens in our rooms were dirty with stains. The pillow cases were dirty as well and I think they hardly clean it. Bathroom again was very old and not clean. All the 3 times I stayed here in 3 different rooms, this was the case with bathroom of all the rooms. So I guess the maintenance is very poor and hence the outcome. The place is a little too overpriced for this reason.

Overall if location is your concern, go for this. But make sure you choose a higher floor room in the main building just to stay safe. Also get them to clean the room and bathroom before you start using it. That way, problem solved!

Hotel Grand Krishna is located at the centre of the City near Silk Board Crossing. Being in the main market it offers connectivity to several other places and shopping destinations. The rooms were clean and the staff was overall helpful. If you are travelling for business purpose, this hotel can offer a variety of rooms at reasonable rates. The connectivity of the location with rest of the city is one of its major attraction. Overall the hotel is well maintained and is a nice place to stay.

Guys, Don’t prefer this hotel. I am posting my genuine experience about this hotel..I have stayed here last week for one night after booking superior room from their own website. After check in came to know they have provided me a standard room with no AC and no ventilation on the rooms. Windows were welded with mosquito nets and glass and fixed permanently without any air circulation. I was cheated by this hotel. So better to avoid and look for nearby hotels as there are many..Only plus about this hotel is they have car parking.

i checked in the hotel at evening and was tired of my journey. after my dinner, had slept early.morning when i woke up all my things in the room were shattered and misplaced. then wat i noticed was the window was broken and some one had come in side. i had 20.000 Rs in my wallet when i went to sleep. it was all stolen. so i went to complain about this to the management.and i saw a lot of cops and then i heard about a robbery in another room . that family had come for a marriage function and all their jewellery had been stolen on the same night.the police had found out that the rooms were sprayed with some kind of chemical to unconcious the people sleeping inside. then management was least bothered about the issue.

The location of the hotel is not very good, and its quite NOISY as its near to the road, i was forced to take a deluxe a.c. room at a much higher price, room was DIRTY, and unhygenic.
Room Service was poor, was charged Rs 1800 for a non AC room !!!, their are much better options available for half that price .
They have put sparkles on the ceiling , which keep shining in dark, pretty difficult to sleep in such a room. Better to stay away from such poor hotels.

Please be aware of the look of the hotel. Even though this hotel is located very centrally in Bangalore but the staff and the service provided by this hotel is horrible. The internet they provide is not working in most of my visits and the rooms don't have mosquito repellent. If you ask for some service the straight answer is we cant provide and the staff doesn't bother to help you out especially the senior staff and the owner of the hotel.

It is very good hotel near electronic city of Bengaluru, at Madiwala. It just visible distance from the Madiwala bus stand where no bus of long journey will cross without stopping.

Let you be any typeof traveller, you can cover everything by staying in this hotel

For pilgrimage - you have famous Ayyapan temple in just walkaway

For shopping - enormous

For business - Very close to Electronic city and other industrail estates.

I stayed in this hotel with my parents (for the first time with my parents in a hotel) but I am very much satisfied. Even the front desk is elegant and attractive with good decoration, chantieliers, god statues etc.

The major disadvantage is they are not having any tie up with travel agencies / taxi services which forces you to arrange on your own if needed. Also dont get confused with the name - they call this hotel in 2 or 3 names and marked in 3 locations in google map. But all are same and the mark near Ayyapa temple is correct.

Also, from road you will not be able to make up that there is such a big hotel.

We checked in at 12.30 ( midnight) in a family room assuming the room would be ready for occupancy but on the contrary & to our shock .... The windows , key hole & toilet seat were broken... The toilets were stinking & we had to wait for the toilets to be cleaned ... Finally when it was the time to sleep , the fan Gave us air but also noise which In turn gave us sleepless night & our rooms were changed only at 10.30 a.m

During check out , we were forced to pay for the fOod we dint consume & the receptionist starting questioning our integrity

To make the situation worse , the arrogant recptionist asked the security to return the tips that we had offered him

God save the guests from hell hole

Single women travelling , this is your NIGHTMARE
