We have been at Lilac Jayanagar 3rd Block Hotel for 3 weeks and we plan to stay for 10 weeks. We have a one bedroom suite which is extremely roomy and comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond their duties. Our room is immaculately cleaned every day. The security staff are always willing to take anything to our room when we arrive back from shopping etc. The restaurant staff are extremely attentive, the meals are very tasty and well presented. On our anniversary, they gave us a cake and they all wished us "happy anniversary" and made our day very special. We would also like to mention the following staff who have made our stay at Lilac Hotel very special: Ali, Sakil, Ashoke, Vikash, Mallick, Ganesh, Sridhar, Biniti and Timanna

We stayed at Lilac hotel for two weeks and would love to share how great our stay was. From the spacious, clean rooms to the helpful staff, who were always ready to make our stay even better. They also provide great service when it comes to the restaurant and breakfast, at very reasonable prices - always serving local and freshly made food. The hotel is located in a quiet street in the nice neighborhood of Jayanagar. Easily reachable by any means of transport and near street markets, restaurants and many shops. We were always a few steps away from everything we needed. Thank you once again for a fantastic stay in Bangalore! We will always be coming back to Lilac :)

Quiet lttle hotel with nice rooms, good service and very clean. Breakfast items are superb. Vinod Prabhakar is an experienced chef. Steaming idlis, crispy vadas, perfect vermicelli upma, masala dosa or omelette - all superbly made. Loving the experience as my 14 day stay continues.

Centrally located in Jayanagar, close to the market and restaurants. We stayed as a family for 3 days. The hotel was once a service apartment, so the rooms have refrigerator, microwave, non functional stove/ hot plate. Room is quite good and comfortable, well kept linen, housekeeping and staff are quite courteous. The restaurant is good, service is quick. However, there's room for improvement. Overall, good place to stay.

Our stays - several over two weeks- was EXCELLENT! We can’t thank the staff enough for their help and support in making our stays super comfortable. Ranjan and Sridhar went out of their way to make it very comfortable. Great location in JNR with every close by. Definitely recommend.

We had an excellent stay at Lilac hotel in 3rd block Jaya Nagar .From the Front Desk to the security and other helpers, the service was faultless and all the staff members were so warm, helpful and courteous.The rooms were clean and there was every provision to make our stay very comfortable . We stayed at 3rd block Jayanagar lilac hotels from Dec29th to Jan8th 2023. It was really a pleasant stay. We stayed in the suite tom which is 2 bed bath, 2 bath, and a living room and a kitchenette. Later we shifted to individual rooms once my husband and son went back to US. Me and my daughter stayed in a elite room with living room, Kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. There is a gym too which my teenage kids used regularly. The staff is very courteous and helps in every lil thing requested for. Rooms r very clean. The food is very good , head chef Vinod cooks just like home made meals. Idli, Dosa, Vaasa, shavige bath, masala bath was yummy. They hv moong sprouts everyday for breakfast. Fruits, cereal, bread jam was also there. Laundry service is very convinient. It is in a central location walkable to restaurants like Stegi, Via Milano, Adigas. Hunkal coffee is a cafe which serves best filter coffee. Overall very happy with lilac hotels and will stay again at this place whenever I visit BengaLuru. …

A medium-range hotel that excels in high standard of service with excellent rooms. Good-sized rooms with space for entertaining and a small hob and fridge if cooking once own food is something that folks want. True to its size, there was limited variety for breakfast but what was on offer was again really appetizing and the staff took every effort to make your stay comfortable. I don’t normally write reviews publicly but I felt compelled to do so in this case. We were recommended this hotel by our friend who also loved it. We wanted the equivalent of a 2 bedroom apartment in the centre of Bangalore - and the Lilac’s suite room was perfect. Clean, modern, well equipped, reasonably priced and with outstanding service. In particular Chef Vinod, who prepared food as if it were in your own home, and Ashok who served it up attentively. They hotel was efficiently managed by the front desk Sridhar and Timmanna, who were highly responsive and helpful - including the golden secret about getting through Bangalore - the metro (better than most American and European subways!). And finally the porters Kuldeep and Vikas who I was impressed to see have been employees for years. All this creates an atmosphere of a family run B&B even though it is a in reality a modern service apartment or highly service-oriented boutique mid range hotel.…
