Starlit Suites is 126 rooms all-suites hotel strategically located at the heart of Electronic City. The hotel is very close to Infosys, Wipro, HP, DXC Technologies, Yokogawa and CGI campuses. Starlit Suites is designed with a fine touch of contemporary interiors & furnishing that makes them cozy, spacious & unique. It has easily accessible from Jigani-Bommasandra Industrial Area which is just 2.5 km. (10 minutes from the hotel). It is well connected by the new express way, the hotel is 20 minutes drive from Koramangala. I had conducted a family function (naming ceremony) in their banquet/ball room named Galaxy Hall. The booking was super easy and quick. Balram, the manager wanted me to see the room and it’s facilities before booking - much appreciate him for his consumer consciousness. Rest of the process involving food menu selection, access to decorators etc. were all virtual and happened as smooth as possible. I was kept at peace that I reached the venue just an hour before the function timing and everything was ready. Food was the highlight of the function that my guests spent more time at the buffet counter than at the function area. LOL! Kudos to the Starlit Suites team - Balram, Saroj, Amit & team for making my small family function into a grand ceremony that everyone will cherish forever. I highly recommend this place for your next function - believe me, you won’t regret the choice.

It was good experience, very good staff service, on time Room cleaning. Prashant and deva from house keeping were always reachable whenever needed. As far as food and breakfast was concerned it was good and hygienic

Dont Book this hotel !!!!
Unfortunately, my experience was far below the expectations I had based on your hotel's reputation.
Firstly, I encountered significant issues with room service. Despite multiple attempts to contact the service team, my calls went unanswered and my requests were never attended to. This lack of response was incredibly frustrating and left me without the necessary amenities I expected.
Additionally, the bathroom facilities were not up to standard. There were no bath towels provided, which is a basic necessity for any guest. The absence of such a fundamental item was disappointing and inconvenient.
Another major issue was with the room's curtains. They were either malfunctioning or improperly installed, making them impossible to open or close. This not only affected the privacy and comfort of the room but also hindered my ability to control the lighting.
Overall, these issues significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I hope you will address these concerns to prevent future guests from experiencing similar problems. I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to resolve these issues and improve your services.

Anything that might have ever been nice years completely deteriorated now. We stayed in 2 different large rooms. The only plus was the size of the room kitchen and room attached.
Otherwise that both the rooms we stayed in the shower didn't work, faucets were broken, toilet was broken, windows were broken Not able to open or close and no bars on the outside If you lean against it it will probably break in you die. The blinds were broken and it looks like it's been sitting molding for many years now. The first room the floor was also all broken up and the bathroom door didn't close. They gave us another room which was terrible but still better condition.
The staff accommodated our requests for bedding pillows and towels and water bottles. The buffets were terrible not even worth eating.
The swimming pool and public bathrooms were absolutely terrible I would not touch them.
Overall this is very expensive for nothing there's very many other hotels nearby that are 4 star 5 star that are very good for even cheaper than this hotel.

Let's go point by point.
1) Food: The food taste and quality is even worst then the street food. Even 1 * is more for this hotel. I would have given minus store.
2) Staff : No cooperative staff. For any think you ask they don't have. If you ask for any higher authority to talk they won't be available and the receptionist behaves as goons.
3) Room: Room are a bit descent but honestly no good service. Torn towels are alloted, dirty bed sheets used multiple times, you need to keep on requesting the house keeping staff for even the basic amenities.
Overall no professionalism. They should call it as govt mess not hotel. Everyday at dinning place and at reception there is scolding to the hotel staff happening by customer. Still this thick skinned people don't mind. I don't know how come trip advisor misguiding by giving 4*.

I have booked for 2 nights on 26th and 27th so I was given room no 601 and it had locker issue so they made me to move 602 and a/c was not working and then moved to 603 where flush was not working. I checked at 7.30 pm and till 10.30pm I did not get room to stay. Mosquitoes and cockroaches, it's totally disappointed and luckily it was buisness stay so never ever gonna refer to this hostel to anyone. Pathetic experience and never experienced at any of the hotel in my life

I am staying this hotel now. Probably this is why it is overpriced and offers little luxury to the patrons. The service is poor....and when i inform about the transportation is getting delayed every day 30 minutes. Still now no one respond for this and also Wi-Fi not at all working in the room multiple times i informed to the reception no use still. No one giving proper message to the customer. Room is good❣️ expect balcony because no one cleaning the balcony. Totally disappointed 😞😞😞😞

The staffs were all of 5 star standards. I was there for a b'day party and i really appreciated the hospitality and the great food that they served. Special thanks to the gentleman named, Mr. Chandan Thakur, who was supervising the party and coordinating through all our needs; well that very warm and outstanding. He made the overall experience pretty great. The guests were way more than the projected number, yet he was on his tip-toe with a million dollar smile to make sure nothing runs out. So, he definitely deserves the praise. Great job!!!
