I have enjoyed my stay in ibis Bengaluru city center. Very clean room 306. Comfortable bed. Very good Wi-Fi. What really most impressed is the staff. Front desk, housekeeping (Akash), security staff, restaurant staff( specially Gaipuilu) were friendly, efficient and always ready to help. Thank you all for making my stay comfortable.
I recommend that they have stainless steel kettles instead of the plastic ones in the rooms as plastic leaching is becoming a health hazard.

I stayed at the Ibis City Centre in Bangalore for the Asian Netball Championships in October 2024. You get what you expect with an Ibis, basic clean rooms and facilities, but what sets this Ibis apart is the staff. They really do try their best to ensure you have a good stay. Thanks to Mu Muni and Venkata Anil from housekeeping on 7th floor who were always super helpful and responded quickly to any requests or issues. Honey and his team in the dining room were also amazing. We had been worried about the food situation before coming but there was no need. The hotel food was excellent, we had buffet breakfast every day, and lunch/dinner buffet as well as al la carte on ground and 8th floor. We also walked to UB City frequently for meals and would recommend Oz the Turkish restaurant, Tuscana the Italian as well as the French Bistro.
I felt extremely safe in this area and used Ubers or walked to get around.
My expectations have been exceeded and I would recommend Ibis City Centre Bangalore for a very good budget hotel.

Multiple issues in my stay of 13 days
1. Most of the time your call to receptionist is unattended. I tried calling today 3 times to the help/ receptionist number at 1am in the night but no one responded. It could be an emergency but they don't bother about it.
2. Transport service is worst. They will never come on time. So if you getting late for meetings and you really want to avail the cab facility provided by hotel then you will never be able to attend that. Recorded multiple of such issues. The cab driver will say something and the cab coordinater will say something else.
3. It's regular repetitive breakfast, you will eventually get bored having everyday. This is definitely another worst part
4. Water dispensers wasn't working in gym area, this is obvious you will get dehydrated if you don't carry your water bottle. Escalating this matter would waste your time
5. No nepkin in the gym area and post requesting multiple times it took an hour to bring that back to the gym.
6. They are charging so many taxes on food bills. Making it mandatory to pay Service tax of 5% after adding gst chat gst service tax and cgst service tax is really not acceptable
7. No room cleaning even you have tagged the cleaning request on the door
8. They started giving special service post raising concern about breakfast but even thought the special service food offer was cold one so your hospitality of no use
9. There taxes on each items will make your bill huge. Post asking , one of the staff member was arrogantly started responding to the concern
10. This is my second visit to hotel but my first visit was far better than this one. The hospitality they offer and the treatment given to each guest was just remarkable. Definitely Ibis has degraded their standards and is definitely not the good place to stay for business visit any longer.
11. The above issues might be the corporates approaching to them directly considering budgeted hotel for them but definitely not recommended one after this visit

Its a nice business hotel in the centre of the city. Location is great as one can walk less than 500 m to reach the famous Cubbon park for a morning walk. The restaurant is open by 6.30 am and serves a good spread of breakfast of continental and local food. The rooms are small, but cozy with a side table and wardrobe with a safety locker. The rooms facing the Kanteerava stadium offers great greenary view with Cubbon park also added. The bathrooms are modular and tiny and just enough, wish they were a little bigger. The main road in front of the hotel is always full of traffic, and its difficult to cross as there are no pedestrian crossing signals. Overall a nice place if you have a short stay and want to be in the heart of Bengaluru city.

It is located in heart of Bengaluru City with everything available within ear shot .
Neatly maintained with contemporary design , everything from the Lobby , rooms and washrooms are functionally designed .
Rooms are small but aesthetically pleasing and comfortable , front desk and housekeeping staffs are warm and helpful. My room was well kept and cleaned twice , Staff Munmun was courteous and sincere.
Covid guidelines strictly followed in premises
Would definitely visit this stay in future visits to Bengaluru City
